The standard machines come with Y1 (LH ram), Y2 (RH ram), X (backgauge position), R (backgauge height) and integrated CNC controlled hydraulic crowning system (5 CNC axis). DA66T (Touch) control is also standard; featuring a colour 3D display and a Windows® based environment. Delem 69 and Cybelec Modeva 10S are also available as standard.

Machines come with free running front sheet supports and 4 free running rear backgauge fingers.Lazersafe light guards are fitted, as are physical side and rear safety fences.Tooling system is Eurostyle (Promecam/Amada) and machines are fitted with quick clamps with adjustable wedges.Conventional wide table & multi-vee available on request.

Backgauge movement is rapid and precise, moving on ball screws and linear bearings mounted to the side frames.The DA66T (Touch), coupled with Hoerbiger hydraulic system gives rapid, accurate and consistent bends.The integrated CNC crowing compensation system automatically adjusts bottom beam camber to suit the job, taking into account the material length, thickness, tensile strength and tooling specifics. The pressbrake automatically adjusts its camber for each bend; giving accurate bends along the entire length of the job

Machtech semi hydraulic pan brake folders are an affordable solution to back breaking manual folders. The clamping system is hand operated, however the machine employs hydraulics to do the folding. The mobile control unit has a digital display to enter the desired angle. The machine can them be operated in manual or automatic modes. Both the clamping and folding aprons have adjustability to set clearances for different sheet thicknesses. The controls are on the roving foot pedestal so that the operator can move them to where he is working and keep both hands on the job.

The Machtech EMV 3.2-2500 features the latest in electromechanical guillotine technology. The framework, backgauge and front mounted quick set blade gap systems are all engineered from heavier hydraulic machines.

Machtech AGS guillotines are variable rake overdriven machines. This design offers a vertical travelling cutting beam supported by 3 pairs of rollers that ensure a smooth controlled movement. Most importantly the rake angle of the blade is adjustable by simply one press of a keylock button. Flattening

out this angle allows the machine to minimise distortion to the cut piece, particularly noticeable when cutting narrow strips. Blade gaps are set via a dial on the front of the machine and the backgauge is a 1000mm electrically operated with ESTUN E10-S digital readout.

NC3G 3 axis CNC machine

The NC3G CNC guillotines use a Delem DAC360 control. The NCG series Variable rake guillotines are a high precision, heavy duty design with a 3 point roller guided vertical beam.
