Having work from different placesand different management styles . There isalso a need to have somebody in the lowerrank who can implement and executedifferent roles in the organization by makingup for the inadequacies of the many. It entailsgood working attitude and values ( i.e.patience,understanding,empathy,dedication,nonjudgemental ,humility ,sincerity and the like )inside out as a person.
