ADVANCING RENAL CARE IN FLORIDAReinaldo Rosario, M.D.

On behalf of the leadership of the FSN, I would like to extend an invitation to participate in the 2019 FSN Annual Conference. The FSN continues to expand our programs and services and reach out to new communities within the State of Florida. It is with that in mind that I am pleased to preside over our first meeting in St Petersburg, Florida. St Petersburg is a vibrant city that offers countless opportunities for our members and your families. Having the conference at the start of Martin Luther King

Jr. Holiday Weekend affords you the chance to extend your stay and enjoy all the city has to offer. One of the strategic priorities of our association is to facilitate collaboration and partnerships with organizations that share our mission to improve care for kidney patients.Staying true to that mission we are pleased to partner with several Florida Chapters of the American Nephrology Nurses Association during this year’s meeting. ANNA will have a separate track for their members to receive timely information and education pertinent to their patients. ANNA Members will be encouraged to participate in all of the other programming available during the FSN Annual Conference. The FSN Leadership strongly believes this collaboration can improve quality and efficiencies within our health care teams. It is an honor for me to serve as your President and I am proud of the steps our organization continues to take to advance renal care in Florida. The Program Committee has put together another world-class program this year. I hope you will join us in St Petersburg. Sincerely,
