Stretch & Fist Exercise
1. Close your hands into tight fists and hold for 3-4 seconds
2. Now … stretch your fingers as wide as you can
3. Repeat 5 times

Fingertip Exercise
1. Open your hands
2. Touch each fingertip to the underside of your thumb
3. Start with your index finger …

4. Hold for 1 second before moving to your middle finger … hold 1 second
5. Then your ring finger .… hold …
6. And finally your pinkie … hold …

Thumb Pull Exercise
1. Hold your left hand in front of your body2. Grasp your thumb and gently press it away
from your other fingers … Hold for a count of 53. Repeat exercise for the right hand

Finger Stretch Exercise
1. Grasp all 4 fingers of your left hand with your right hand
2. Very gently press the fingers back until you feel a slight pull
3. Repeat using your left hand to grasp the fingers of your right hand
