Glenview,on the National Register of Historic PlacesMore than a hundred years ago, John Bond Trevor and his family built a home on thebanks of the Hudson River in Yonkers. They called the house Glenview. How theydesigned their home, chose the materials from which to build it, and selected its furnishings is the story you will find at the Hudson River Museum. It is the story abouta Victorian Era family, who lived, worked, and played as we do today, using some ofthe things we know and others long put aside as new inventions took their place.
