    In the heat of the moment you want toscream, tell everyone how you really feel,walk out and never return.

    Quitting your job can be incrediblyliberating and easy. You simply walk into

    your bosss ofce and say Screw you, Iquit! What happens after you quit is thehard part.

    Quitting your job isnt the answer to allyour problems, and its not a decision tobe taken lightly. Before you walk into yourmanagers ofce and hand her your letterof resignation, there are 50 questions youneed to answer.

    Is my job the MOST frustrating aspect of my life right now?I the answer is no, perhaps its not the only thing thatsrustrating you. Its easy to blame your job, although itsnot the only cause o your problems. Identiy the thingsoutside o work that are rustrating you and work on themseparately.

    What impact am I having in my current role?I you can affect change within your organization, you canalso alter the direction o your career path. Using yourcurrent role, carve out an opportunity thats waiting oryour attention and peaks your interest.

    Consider the intangibles like training in a growing field,connections to other proessionals, current projects and

    seniority rom years at the same company.

    Showing consistency and commitment are important.Sometimes, its better to stay a bit longer in a job so that youdont harm your ability to find a new one down the road.Moving around suggests instability, and instability is never

    good or business.
