WEATHER-RELATED CLOSiNg POLiCY When the Warwick Valley Central School District either closes school, or delays opening because of inclement weather, the Library will automatically delay opening until 11:00am. Other weather-related Library closings will be on a case-by-case basis, authorized by the Board of Trustees and announced on the website, on the answering machine, and if possible, posted at the Library. Fines are forgiven on days when the Library is closed for inclement weather.
