Announcing our 3 day, 2 night annual “5 Star Conference” which will be held at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama on the beautiful Mobile Bay. This is a reward for our operators who are award winners or $1 million operators or a combina-tion of both. This is an all-expenses paid time out, resort credit card with a $250-300 balance for shopping, spa or meals or whatever you choose. No meetings except our awards banquet, sponsored by our wonderful suppliers to say thank you for all you do throughout the year! We have a scramble golf tournament for all of our golfers, where we match up General Managers and DM’s with Vendors for some great one on one time and a chance to share feedback as well as have a great day.

Our bonus program extends to the Shift Leader & Crew position. On our monthly bonus program a SL has the potential to earn $75 additional pay, plus quarterly up to $200. There are no hold backs on any bonuses. In addition to those, we have two types of inspections, one operational and one Food safety. These each happen 3 times per year, between the two of them you have 6 times per year where if you are the manager on duty a chance to bonus $1000 per occurrence for the extensive op-erational inspection and $500 per occurrence for the shorter Food Safety Inspection. If you are not on duty, but your restaurant scores a bonusable inspection you share in a pool with the rest of your management team of an amount of $500 per the operational inspection and $250 for the Food Safety Inspection.

Crew Members are eligible for $250 Platinum and $100 Gold; Operational Checks Internal 95 or bet-ter $500 split among all crew on duty. A score of 90-94.9 is $250 that is split among all crew on duty. You want to be on duty when these happen!

1-800MD, a service that provides you 7/24 access to doctors for common prescriptions, Flu, colds, minor injuries without having to make an appointment or go to the Emergency Room for a small $10 co-pay versus an office visit co-pay.

Salary Manager Referrals will Pay:

$250 ( after 9 week of Training)

$750 (after 180 days of employment)
