T1 It is very bumpy heading into this uphill 90° right-hander. The idea is to get on the gas early at the exit and carry as much speed as possible into T2 and T3.

T3 Still going uphill you can brake late but you have to be careful and use as much track as you can, while staying within track limits. Once again, the goal is to maximize the exit speed and pay attention to the bumps. With T4, this is one of the best places to overtake.

T4 The track heads downhill, making it very easy to lock up. The back end of the car gets lighter as you start turning into the corner. Because it’s very hard on the right - front you’ve got to find an earlier braking point and, once again, you want to focus on the exit!

T6-7 T6 is a fast left-hand corner. You want to carry as much speed as possible and it is the same for T7! You have to find a set-up compromise for the infield section, but I think it’s more a question of what the driver is most comfortable with or what the team feels can offer the biggest gain! T5 and T8 are pretty much flat out.

T9-10 Tap of the brakes to get the car balanced into this fast corner and the same for T10 where you want to avoid oversteer to make sure you have a good exit speed… And that’s a lap of the Red Bull Ring. It’s pretty straightforward with not that many corners!
