En todas las opciones de instalación, es imprescindible mantener limpios los componentes de la campana y los conductos (ver capítulo 7, Limpieza y mantenimiento) .

ADVERTENCIAS

All the extractor hood’s measurements in this chapter 5, Installataion instrucctions, are the minimum recommended.

The diameter of the extraction tube must be at least of 300mm, or 11,8 inches , for all the models.ØTodas las medidas de campana mostradas en este capítulo 5, Instrucciones de instalación, son las mínimas recomendadas.

El diámetro del tubo de extracción debe ser como mínimo de 300mm para todos los modelos.

5.1 OVEN ASSEMBLY MONTAJE DEL HORNO

Asegúrese que el tornillo esté centrado respecto el agujero de la tapa.NO apretar las tuercas si no esta bien centrado, puede provocar la rotura de la tapa.

Make sure that the bolt and the hole on the panel door are centered.DO NOT screw the nuts if the bolt is not well centered, it may cause the door panel to break.

El tirador regulador se coloca en una ranura dentro del plato compuerta de las cenizas. Una vez colocado comprobar que esté correcto.

The handle regulator has to be put in a rabbet in the ashe’s gate plate. Once the handle has been put check that it was correctly placed.

Estos pasos no son necesarios al montar un horno HJA-20.

5.2 WITH EXTRACTOR HOOD CON CAMPANA EXTRACTORA

In case that the chimney caught fire, turn off the switch from the smoke extraction motor, turn the oven off quickly, closing the low and upper vents. Use a fire extinguisher to suffocate the fire outside of the oven.

HORNO INSTALADO BAJO CAMPANA EXTRACTORAOVEN ISNTALLED UNDER EXTRACTOR HOOD

It is recommended a weekly cleaning of the componentes, specially the filters.Se recomienda la limpieza semanal de sus componentes, especialmente los filtros.

En el caso de que la chimenea se incendie, cierre el interruptor del motor de extracción de humos, apague el horno rápidamente, cerrando los 2 tiros, superior e inferior. Utilice un extintor para apagar el fuego externo del horno.

Firebreak, avoids that flames and sparks go into de ventilation ducts.

Cortafuegos, evita que las llamas o chispas salgan hacia los conductos de ventilación.

Firebreak hat, cools the smoke’s temperature and makes it go smoothly into the extractor hood.Sombrerete, refrigera la temperatura del humo y hace que entre de forma más suave en la campana.

Installation of the exhaust hood in accordance with the Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, NFPA 96. The maintenance, cleaning and inspection of the extractor hood must be done according to the exhaust hood manufacturer’s recommendations or instructions manual.

La instalación de la campana extractora debe ir acorde con el Estándar de Control de Ventilación y Protección del fuego de Cocinas Comerciales, NFPA 96. El mantenimiento, la limpieza y la inspección de la campana extractora debe efectuarse siguiendo las instrucciones del manual o del fabricante.
