Hello WONDERFUL Rock Stars!!! HAPPY MK NEW YEAR!! We just finished one of our BEST MONTHS in the last Seminar Year!! WHOOP WHOOP!! Con-gratulations to our Unit - I am proud of your commitment, loyalty, and belief in our purpose, passion, and goals!!! YOU ROCK!! Seminar Year 2020-2021 is kicking off with some very fun new Promotions, Themes, Challenges and soon-to-come new (mind-blowing) products!! I cannot wait for you to see what this Compa-ny has planned for us “down the road”!! Plus, a Virtual Seminar will be held August 20, 21, & 22, with fun events for several hours each day. Registration is $45 ($40 if you registered for Career Conference) and will include an $80 credit towards your next Re-tail Order. I can’t wait to see what the Company has planned!! And Stacy has our James National Area Virtual Awards & Recognition scheduled for Sat., July 25, 10:00 am (CST). Please put this on your calendars! We are positioned for success in these very different times. Our Company and its leadership had the forethought to design systems and contingency plans - before this pandemic hit our world! Because of that, and the knowledge and expertise of our Executive Staff, we were able to stay in operation during the shut-down phase for the State of Texas, continuing to develop, manu-facture, and provide the important skin care products our custom-ers want and need. We did not experience great changes and down-time, as other cosmetic companies did. We were still able to offer our customers the same great service, customized skin care, and culture we always have! As a matter of fact, the Com-pany experienced one of the BEST Months of May they have had in over 15 years!!! Thank you for being a part of that success, taking care of your customers, and running your businesses - because of that, it was/is a WIN WIN situa-tion!! The Company’s Theme for Seminar Year 2021 is “SPARK A CHAIN REACTION!”. Each month, we will have the opportunity to earn a beau-tiful piece of “chain” jewelry! I can’t wait to see what they have planned - think necklaces, bracelets, chokers, earrings, all in the “chain theme”!! Our Unit’s Theme this year is “It Only Takes A Spark…..”. I remember one year at Seminar, when the Directors arrived early, Sr. Sales Director Amy Kitrell trained on the “SPARK” that lit her Unit ON FIRE that year! It was one New Consultant - that changed the entire complexion of her Unit, and how her future Area looks today! Amazing, yes? ONE New Consultant - just one person was responsible for creat-

ing the kinetic energy. I am aware that we can all play that part in our Unit - be that one spark!! Personally, I think we should all be the SPARK, and add new SPARKS in New Consultants!! That’s a WIN WIN situation! Extended until September 30 is the eStart Program for New Con-sultants (helping with that spark idea!). New Consultants will be able to choose between an eStart of $30 (that covers the cost of their MK Personal Web Site and Pro Pay, for a year), getting a $100 Starter Kit or doing both for $130, saving $40!! AND - the Company is launching a Test for women to become a IBC. Here are the specifics:

Mary Kay will monitor results to determine its impact and/or if any modifications are needed. This is phenomenal!! We could have New Consultants added to our teams and Unit, just by being a Con-sultant who actively works their busi-ness, and has shown team building skills!! YIPPEE SKIPPEE!!
