To the Philippine Debate Community:

Greetings from the University of the Philippines Los Baños!

The Parliament: UPLB Debate Society invites you to the 4th Luzon Intervarsity (4th LIV) on September 15-17, 2012. Formerly the UP Intervarsity League, a debate tournament among the institutions of the University of the Philippines, the tournament has now widened its horizons by welcoming Luzon-based institutions and composite teams across Asia.

As the largest debate intervarsity in the country with more than 250 delegates, the tournament continues to provide an arena that seeks to ignite the competitive spirit of debate institutions in preparation for the National Debate Championship.

Attached in this invitation are the features and details of the tournament. For inquiries, feel free to contact Jake Bustos, Communications Director, at (+63) 927-820-4162 or email us at [email protected]. You may also visit the official website of the 4th Luzon Intervarsity for updates.
