DTE Insight Mobile Application (IBM): Worked with PMO office, Treasury group, Digital Channels and IBM group for a successful deployment in 9 months. Worked with different channels (Services, new Web, Mobile, SWIFT and CSB) for eBill enhancement.

Home Protection Plan: Created Business Request document based on Business Charter for HPP/PRP. Managed HPP program and work closely with IT Team to ensure agreements are created correctly in Customer Service and Billing. New channel increased to more than 700 sales.

Member Out of Pocket: Requirement gathering to provide commercial PPO members a web-based tool that shows the member his/her estimated out-of-pocket expense (MOP) based on the member’s selection of a specific medical service covered by the Association’s National Consumer Cost Tool program (NCCT). User Stories (ULM) were designed with Scrum Sprint criteria. Today members do not have an on-line tool that automatically calculates for them their estimated out-of-pocket expense based on their selection of a specific service from a specific provider.

HPA Telephony System Upgrade: Requirement gathering for new CISCO phone system which will enable click to chat and co-browse capabilities. This is required to be able to enroll new members in individual Health Plans when the HCR open enrollment period.

SBC (Summary of Benefits and Coverage): Created BRD with process flow to represent User Stories and other artifacts for Design Team throughout SDLC. Worked with Development team for SBC Generator service and facilitated JAD session to see that new mockup screens for tracking and reporting meets business requirements.
