This qualification is designed to reflect the role of entry level employees working across the entire financial services spectrum who perform duties such as:

• responding to customer enquiries• sales and service• maintaining financial records• performing clerical duties• applying fundamental skills in broking, distribution, banking, credit management and retail financial services.

The Certificate III in Financial Services is specifically designed for an Account’s Clerk position which is a definite skill shortage area meaning there is a high chance of employment with this qualification.

Pre-Requisites

Australian Citizen or Resident plus a sound level of literacy and numeracy.

What’sInvolved?

This is a 12 week practical night course running 2 nights pw incorporating MYOB Premier V12 training providing the skills and knowledge needed by an Account’s Clerk.

CostsandGovernmentFunding

The cost of the course is $2450 however you may be eligible for government funding which would provide either a significant reduction in course fees or even a fee free course depending on your circumstances. RecognitionofPriorLearning

If you are currently working as an Account’s Clerk and feel you can demonstrate the skills and knowledge of this qualification you are welcome to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL Cost $1195.
