Mr. Ponikarski stated he was provided information by an unknown female that a Joshon Tyler was just in the store at approximately 0020 hrs. and took numerous items without paying. Mr. Ponikarski stated he recalled an individual coming in the store at that time and thought the individual grabbed various bags of chips and drinks and left the store passing all points of sale without paying for the items. Mr. Ponikarski stated he could not say for certain what items, if any were positively taken. Additionally Mr. Ponikarski stated he did not currently access the security camera images to make any positive identification of a theft suspect. I was able to obtain the information of a Joshon Tyler ( ) through court records. I provided Mr. Ponikarski the report number for this incident in the event he is able to make a positive suspect identification with security camera images and an inventory of items that were taken. Mr. Ponikarski will call in with the additional information if and when it is obtained. Upon my arrival, I spoke with Torey Borkman with similar description. He stated he was waving his BB gun in the air dancing to his music. I made sure the gun was a BB gun and put it in his backpack. On 04/05/2020 at 00:25 hours, Officer Ayres (82234) responded to a call for suspicious activity at the Mapco at 1227 E Main St. Upon arrival I spoke with the clerk of the store, Stephen Ponikarski. I was able to obtain the information of a Joshon Tyler ( ) through court records.

I provided Mr. Ponikarski the report number for this incident in the event he is able to make a positive suspect identification with security camera images and an inventory of items that were taken. Mr. Ponikarski will call in with the additional information if and when it is obtained.

No further action was taken for this incident.

On 04/05/2020 at 01:52 hours, Police received information that Sweet Mellisa's bar was letting people in through the back door of the establishment in order to play pool. Officers responded and checked the area and found no signs of anyone inside the bar or parked in front of or behind the building.

On 04/05/2020 at 0245, police responded to a public disturbance at 1119 Grove St. Upon arrival, police observed 20-30 vehicles and a large group of citizens not adhering to the social distancing directive issued by Mayor Andy Berke on March 24th, 2020. The order stated the state of Tennessee had issued a “state of emergency” due to the Coronavirus disease (CONVID-19) within the order it further a limit on social gatherings. Police were unable to educate the individuals violating this directive because they immediately left when they observed us arrive on scene. No further police action taken at this time.

On 04/05/2020 at 05:15 hours, Officer Barnes #411 responded to a suspicious party at 4908 Swan Rd.

Police arrived on scene and checked the backyard. Police did not locate a party in the backyard. There were no signs that a break in had just occurred. Nothing further to report.

On 04/05/2020 at 09:26 hours, Officer J. Yates (77575) reported a memo at 1700 Foust St. An anonymous party called in for a black male wearing all black with a backpack walking on Foust St waving a pistol in the air. Upon my arrival, I spoke with Torey Borkman with similar description. He stated he was waving his BB gun in the air dancing to his music. I made sure the gun was a BB gun and put it in his backpack. I ran Bockman through NCIC and he was clear.

On 04/05/2020 at 12:57 hours, Officer Williams (63838) reported a FI at 4600 Kemp Dr. Police conducted a traffic stop on a Silver Chevy HHR ( ) after observing the vehicle run a stop sign at Rogers RD, and N Parkdale DR. Police made contact withthe driver Jacqui Pittman. Ms. Pittman did not have her DL on her person. Police were able to check her via SS number. Ms. Pittman did have a valid DL, and came back negative for warrants. Ms. Pittman was given a verbal warning for the stop sign violation. Ms. Pittman was released without incident.

On 04/08/2020 at 16:21 hours, Officer Michael Hogsed (78346) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2422 Doolittle St. On this date police spoke with Ms. Clayton via telephone. Ms. Clayton told police she found out that the identity of the first suspect is Justin McClendon. Mr. McClendon's information has been added to the suspect tab. No further at this time.

On 04/05/2020 at 13:35 hours, Officer Davis (61886) reported a memo at 4700 N Terrace. While on routine patrol I observed Mr Kirchaine standing on the I-24 west off ramp to S Moore Road holding a card board sign. By the time I turned around to get out with him he had moved into the bushes attempting to conceal his location. Mr Kirchaine was asked to walk back to my marked patrol unit so that his identity could be located on my computer after stating he did not have any form of ID on his person. Mr Kirchaine did not have any active warrants for his arrest and was released from the scene and told to not return or further police action could take place.

On 04/05/2020 at 23:52 hours, Officer CREIGHTON (73490) reported a memo at 2298 E 23rd Street.

Once on scene police spoke with a Ms. Akira Taylor who stated she was approached by a suspicious W/M who stated he had bullets and was a police officer. At this time Ms. Taylor told police the W/M walked off towards West Side Drive. At this time police located the W/M in the 2400 block of West Side Drive. Once police got out with the male he stated his name was Micah Harp. At this time police didn't find active warrants on him and was told to go back to his tent for the remainder of the night.

On 04/06/2020 at 02:30 hours, Officer Barnes #411 conducted a Field Interview at 4542 Highway 58.

Police were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle at the Walgreens on Highway 58. Police made contact with the driver (Rozema, Christopher). Mr. Rozema's parents arrived on scene to pick up their son and his vehicle. Mr. Rozema had no active warrants. Mr. Rozema left the scene without an incident. Nothing further to report.

On 04/06/2020 at 03:37 hours, Officer J. Cannon 1089 responded to a Property Found at 3743 Cummings Hwy, Circle K. Once on scene I spoke to Ms. Potts the clerk at this location who stated she found the items inside the trash can in the mens restroom as she was cleaning. Nothing further to report.

On 04/06/2020 at 08:15 hours, Officer Davis (61886) reported a memo at 6900 E Brainerd Rd. While on routine patrol I observed a red Chevy Trailblazer that was still abandoned on the side of the roadway at the above location. The vehicle was abandoned the week prior and had a sticker on the rear window completed by Officer Lopez to be removed dated on 4/3/20. Monteagle Towing was notified by Info channel dispatch and the vehicle was removed from the scene. There was no tag displayed on the vehicle and the VIN came back negative as stolen. VIN is . No other police action taken at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 09:51 hours, Officer Klein (66488) reported a memo at 1938 Mitchell Ave. While driving through the area I observed an individual sitting on the city sidewalk with an open liquor container. The individual identified himself as Mr. Timothy Byrd. Mr. Byrd was informed that it was not legal for him to drink from an open container in this location. Mr. Byrd disposed of his beverage without incident. No further to report at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 12:00 hours, Officer Jeff Lancaster #308 responded to 3550 Cummings Hwy, Walmart in reference to a theft. Loss Prevention, Yadira Hernandez reported that she reviewed camera footage of an unknown black female buying water guns. She stated that it was recorded that the suspect would place a small package of water guns that sells for a cheaper price underneath a more expensive water gun and scan it. After paying the suspect left the store. No further to report at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 12:00 hours, Officer Jeff Lancaster #308 responded to 3550 Cummings Hwy, Walmart in reference to a theft. Loss Prevention, Yadira Hernandez reported that she reviewed camera footage of an unknown black female buying water guns. She stated that it was recorded that the suspect would place a small package of water guns that sells for a cheaper price underneath a more expensive water gun and scan it. She stated that the suspect has done 2 expensive water guns on this date that total just under $33.00. After paying the suspect left the store. No further to report at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 11:08 hours, Officer McCall (0062872) reported a suspicious activity at 5414 Hixson Pike. Officer McCall spoke to the complainant Tonya Higgins, over the phone. Ms. Higgins said that a white van started following her and her brother from Shallowford Road and Jenkins all the way to Hixson Pike. Ms. Higgins said she and her brother made two stops on the way and the vehicle pulled into the same parking lot each time. Ms. Higgins said that she went through a break up five years ago and this person is hiring people to stalk her. Ms. Higgins said she brother went into Elliott's Boots and when he came out the w/m went inside the store. Ms. Higgins said she wanted the incident documented.

The complainant W/F Lilis Call said they had someone go through her mailbox over the night and also some of her neighbors reported same thing happening at night. Call is going to find video of subjects and will pass along later.

On 04/10/2020 at 10:38 hours, Officer Lockhart (66490) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4306 9th Ave. Police made contact with the RP at 300 Brookfield Ave. The stolen vehicle was parked at the Brainerd Baptist Church Parking lot. Enterprise representatives met with police and recovered the vehicle. The vehicle did not require a tow since the owner was on the scene and was removed from NCIC.

On 04/06/2020 at 12:30 hours, I Officer Clemons (827) and Officer Gross (748) responded to a Property Found at 251 N Lyerly St. I spoke with the complainant (Steve Runyan) who was working as a security guard for Lyerly Medical Pavilion. I viewed a handgun

that was covered in mud laying on the security desk that had been found by groundskeepers and turned into him. Mr. Runyan showed Officer Gross the location that the firearm was discovered. Officer Gross verified it had been reported stolen. Officer Gross then spoke with the groundskeeper (Oscar Costanza) who stated that while doing routine work he kicked the firearm. Mr. Costanza stated that the firearm was fully covered, buried beside a tree. I then cleared the firearm and turned it into property, and removed the recovered the firearm in NCIC. No further police action required at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 15:59 hours, Officer E.Brown (79857) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7000 Shallowford Rd. Police located the vehicle at 1819 Tuskegee Blvd. The vehicle had been abandoned and the keys were located inside the vehicle. Mr. Walker arrived on scene shortly after and was able to recover his vehicle without incident. Nothing further to report.

On 04/06/2020 at 13:20 hours, Officer Matthew Puglise (62210) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 832 Georgia Ave. Upon arrival, I spoke with the victim, Roger Dickson who stated that his vehicle was stolen in the parking garage at the above address. Mr. Dickson reported that he left the keys inside the vehicle's center console. The vehicle is seen by video leaving the garage at 1037 hours, the video does not show the suspect. Police listed the vehicle into N.C.I.C. under Nic # V251883768.

On 04/06/2020 at 14:08 hours, Officer William Bernitt (77564) reported a memo at 8935 Lee Hwy at the Circle K. Police responded to a disorder. Upon arrival police spoke with Morgan Smith who stated she had a verbal disorder with her boyfriend who had already left the scene. Ms. Smith stated nothing physical happened and there were no signs of anything physical. No further police action. Nothing further.

On 04/06/2020 at 14:39 hours, Officer Klein (66488) reported a memo at 301 W 25th St. While driving past this location I observed a white male in a wheelchair with what I perceived to be a bottle of alcohol sitting on the edge of the street. Upon making contact with this individual he identified himself as Mr. Mims Rozzelle. Mr. Rozzelle informed me that he was sitting at this location with twoother males who were charging their phones. I was unable to observe any alcohol on or around Mr. Rozzelle's wheelchair nor on oaround the other two males at this time. All parties were checked for warrants with nothing found. Nothing further to report at this time.

Ms. Patillo told me that she wanted Mr. Moon to leave her apartment, and was refusing. Once I spoke with Mr. Moon, he told me that he would get his stuff and leave. Mr. Moon left without incident. On 04/06/2020 at 23:00 hours, Officer J. Cannon 1089 reported a suspicious activity at 3449 Cagle Rd. I spoke to Ms. Badillo by telephone she stated her neighbor recently has been coming on her property and even looking in her windows. Ms. Badillo does not know the parties name. She requested extra patrol in the area and stated she has put up multiple no trespassing signs. Nothing further at this time.

On 04/06/2020 at 23:50 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) and Ofc. Daly (84844) responded to 1330 E 3rd St/ SpeedWay for a miscellaneous complaint. Before arrival, we were told that a few people might be stealing from the SpeedWay, however the complainant did not want to speak with police. Upon arrival we spoke to Ms. Jessica Mann, the cashier at SpeedWay, and asked if she saw any suspicious activity that would correlate with the call. She stated she is the only person working tonight, and has been working since 22:00 and has not seen anything out of the ordinary and everything is fine. At this time no further action was required.

615 Derby St20-034081 4/7/2020 1:05:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information

On 04/07/2020 at 01:05 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) and Officer Daly(84844) responded to a burglar alarm at 615 Derby St. Upon arrival, I located the gate and back door to the an office area of the facility was not only unlocked, but the gate was wide open. Officers cleared the facility as much as possible, but many locked doors prevented total access to the facility. No damage or apparent theft was visible during our sweep of the building. Mr. Mark Fusco arrived on scene (as a person responsible for the building), and we spoke with him and he informed us that the original alarm was for the building at 720 Arlington Ave. We did a perimeter check of that building as well, but all exterior doors were locked and we were unable to gain access to the building. Mr. Fusco locked up the gate and back door to 615 Derby St and rearmed the security system.

On 04/07/2020 at 01:54 hours, I Officer Pope (924) conducted a Field Interview with Mrs. Jeffries at 4011 Brainerd Rd. She called Police because she was having an argument with her husband at the laundromat and asked for a ride to her mother's house in order to be away from him. I then transported her to her mother's house at . I have nothing further at this time.

515 N Hawthorne St20-034091 4/7/2020 2:20:00AM 91Z Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside

On 04/07/2020 at 02:20 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508), Officer Daly (84844), and Investigator Bruce (#161) recovered a vehicle at 515 N Hawthorne St. While in the area, Investigator Bruce came across a suspicious vehicle that was parked on the wrong side of the road. Upon investigation it was discovered that the vehicle was stolen out of Cobb County, GA and belonged to Ms. Mary Rhea. This information was confirmed through info channel with the NIC#V181877177. Upon investigation of the vehicle we discovered a set of Nissan keys, that did not belong to the vehicle, and miscellaneous items. Dispatch contacted Cobb County to inform them of the recovered stolen vehicle, and it was towed to A1 Towing at 2111 Tinsley Pl. Cobb Cty will be removing the vehicle from NCIC on their end.

On 04/07/2020 at 09:18 hours, Officer C. Glenn (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2000 E 23rd St.

I spoke with Angela Eaton by telephone. She says that she is temporarily staying at the Chattanooga Motel at the above listed address. She says that she noticed yesterday that an unknown party has stolen the truck title out of her 1997 Ford Ranger XLT.

On 04/07/2020 at 10:29 hours, I Officer C. Darling and PO Dunlop #526 reported a memo at 101 N Moore Rd. Upon arrival police were met by a James Henderson who was walking on the middle of N Moore Rd. Police had Mr. Henderson walk out of the road and onto the side walk. He stated that he needed a ride to East Ridge. Police transported Mr. Henderson to the OLPH parking lot. No further police action was taken.

An anonymous caller stated Armando's was allowing people to dine in. Police went and checked. The door to Armando's was locked and a sign was on the door stating dine-in is not allowed. Police observed from the locked door no one was dining in. No further police action. Nothing further.

On 04/07/2020 at 13:20 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) reported a memo at 402 N Marks Ave. Upon arrival, police spoke with Juliet Mark. Juliet stated that her neighbor, Linda Moore, came over to her house wanting to speak with her about her son. Apprently, Juliet and Linda have not been friends for over 7 years now due to a falling out. Juliet stated that Linda knocked on her door and yelled out "bitch," before walking over to the side fence and trying to speak with again. Linda then left the scene and walked over toher house across the street. Juliet wanted to prosecute but police told her that there was not enough evidence nor could confirm that anything wrong had happened. Police spoke with Linda who stated that she did call Juliet a bitch but did not hang around her property and vacated. Police told both parties to stay off of each other's property, not talk with each other, and both were trespassed on each other's land. No further.

The vehicle was recovered at LKQ Pick Your Part by a worker that discovered it was stolen. The vehicle was stolen out of Marion County and the Nic # is V241900317. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and Marion County Sheriff Department was notified. Nothing further.

On 04/07/2020 at 15:49 hours, I, Officer Wilcox #1036, responded to a disorder at 1207 N Chamberlain Ave. Upon arrival, I made contact with Alan Davis who is staying at 1121 N Chamberlain Ave, he stated Grendal Riley owed him $50 last week and he stopped at her house to see if she had it. When he tried to make contact with her, she came outside and started yelling and causing issues with him. Mr. Davis said that Ms. Riley threatened him saying that her husband will come down and kill him. Mr. Davis stated he was not in fear however he just wanted to make a report. I told him that he should not go up to her house anymoreto try and get his money and if he wanted it to go through the court system. He said that he was not that worried about it and will not go up to her house anymore. I then made contact with Grendel Riley who said that Mr. Davis came up to her house and tried toget onto the front porch. She stated that he keeps trying to get her to like him and that she is married and does not want anything to do with him. She admitted that she does go down to his house and drink with him but does not want him to harass her. I explained to her not to go to his house anymore and I have told him not to come to her house. Officers were given an anonymous call that Tina Finney and Terry Garner, were both extremely intoxicated and having a disorder. The caller stated that the parties were in a physical altercation, however, no injuries were visible. Both parties were extremely uncooperative in telling police anything and did not know why police were even called. James Holloway helped Ms. Finney to another trailer, due to her being intoxicated. There is no further police action at this time.

Upon arrival I located the vehicle, a red Ford F150, in the parking lot. The vehicle had not been entered into NCIC by the officer. The owner, John Taylor , responded to the scene and recovered the truck. The HCS Deputy completed a stolen/recovered report on the HCSD # 20-009808.

On 04/08/2020 at 08:54 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a miscellaneous report at 7502 Shallowford Rd. I spoke to the complainant, John Neuhoff who stated he owns the property at this location and found a semi truck and trailer parked on his lot without his permission.

I found a semi and trailer parked on the lot that looks abandoned and has no signs on the property stating private property, no trespassing or no parking but Mr. Neuhoff stated he would put signs up and possibly a fence.

The semi driver moved the truck and trailer without incident.

Ms. Fields stated that her son's father, Mr. Greg Scott, took her phone from her after they had an argument. She said that the phone is a Nokia 360 and that it was worth approximately $35. Ms Fields stated that Mr. Scott told her that he would bring it back but has not done so as of the time of this report. She stated that she does not want to prosecute at this time. No further.

Ginger Bankston called police because her boyfriend's brother Ronnie Barclay did not return her 2011 Toyota Venza last night after she loaned it to him to take a couple people home. I informed her that she needs to provide Barclay a reasonable amount of time to return the vehicle before entering the vehicle as stolen in NCIC and taking out a warrant. I also patrolled the area of Brainerd Rdbehind the Huddle House to see if the car was there at Barclay's girlfriend's house, and it was not there.

She will call me tomorrow if he hasn't returned the vehicle by then.

On 04/08/2020 at 13:18 hours, Officer M Pollard (63828) responded to a Shoplifting at 4850 Highway 58.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Mr. Larry Kramlich. He stated that a white female entered the store and grabbed several items and ran out of the store. He was unable to catch her as she got into her vehicle and drove away. The unknown suspect had taken the items from the shelves and placed some items inside of her purse and some items inside of her bra. The suspect then passed by the checkout counter without paying for any of the items and exited the building.

Mr. Freeman stated while he was away from his camp using the bathroom, his phone was stolen. Mr. Freeman stated no one stays with him and is by himself. The phone was a LG with a broken screen. Nearby to the Honda CRV I located a GMC Acadia ) which also verified as stolen from Bradley County. Both vehicles were locked and without keys, but appeared to be drivable. The Honda CRV was towed to United Transport located at 2815 Calhoun St. The GMC Acadia was towed to Expressway Towing located at 2353 Rossville Blvd.

Upon arrival police made contact with a White Ford Crown Vic ( ) with Adrian Ransom, and Shana Alvey inside the vehicle. Ms. Alvey stated that she had a room there. Upon checking with the desk clerk, this turned out to be not true. Police checked both parties for warrants, and both came back negative. Both parties were told to leave the business, and not return. On 04/09/2020 at 06:20 hours, Officer R. Petty (75408) reported a memo at 100 Highway 27 Nb. Upon arrival I located a blue and black Chevy S-10 on 27 N at the MLK Blvd on ramp. The vehicle appeared to be broken down with no one around. The vehicle was parked very close to the fog line with at least one scrap item hanging out of the bed of the truck that was over the Fog line. Due to the manner that the vehicle was parked it created a potential traffic hazard and was therefore towed. The vehicle can be found at United Transport 3806 Rossville Blvd. No further.

He stated that at an unknown time an unknown party(s)spray painted graffiti "sloppily' on the back side of the building from the alley way. Mr, Johnson stated that they have already obtained an estimate to remove the graffiti at a cost of $2,475.00

On 04/10/2020 at 15:00 hours, I, Officer M. Wilkerson (83698) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 918 Wheeler Ave. While patrolling the area, I noticed a vehicle matching the description involved in an auto theft report that I took the previous day. At that time, I verified the tag through NCIC and found that it was the stolen vehicle. The owner was notified by dispatch and requested that the vehicle be towed to a residence. The vehicle was towed by Aults towing with the presence of the owner on the scene. The vehicle was removed from NCIC. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 04/09/2020 at 16:40 hours, Officer Luke Simon 971 responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 1047 Pineville Rd. While responding to a disorder prevention (20-034775) Mrs Scarborough's door frame was damaged to the front door of a home Mrs Scarborough resides at with William Howard. The door frame was damaged when attempting to open the outside screen door which was not normally locked. Mrs Scarborough wished to file a report for filing purposes due to she and Mr Howard going through a breakup. Mrs Scarborough will be returning to get the remainder of her belongings.

Upon arrival, police spoke with management and they stated that Mr. Edwards was not a guest and was asked to leave the premises as he was on a computer belonging to the hotel and playing loud music. I made contact with Mr. Edwards and informed him that he needed to leave and he did. Mr. Edwards is also formally trespassed from the premises. No Further.

Mr. Herminio stated he got out of his car and asked the male party what he was doing. Mr. Herminio stated that male party then casually walked away with out responding to him. On arrival, Police spoke to the complainant, Johnny Robinson, who stated he observed a white male pull the door handle on a gray Jeep( and when the alarm went off. The suspect ran away and got into a Maroon Pontiac( Police found the vehicle at the Mapco at Bonny Oaks and Lee Hwy. Mr. Thomas, Douglas was detained and was identified by the complainant. Mr. Thomas was taken to Marina Point and was trespassed from the Baymont Inn.

Foster was interested in having Guedron and her vehicle Bolo'ed because he felt this was out of character for her. Foster told me that she had left the previous evening after becoming upset. Before Guedron could be Bolo'ed, I was informed that Foster had made contact with her and she was headed home. No further action was needed.

Upon arrival to the scene few minutes later he discovered that his business glass window had been shattered. No suspects on scene or information at this time. She stated that the theft occurred sometime yesterday. She stated that she does not know who the suspect is or where thetheft actually occurred.

On 04/10/2020 at 10:30 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a miscellaneous report at 2020 Gunbarrel Rd. I spoke to the complainant, Tonya Higgins by phone and she stated she has made several reports with Chattanooga Police and Hamilton County Sheriff about people stalking her and following her.Mrs. Higgins stated she felt that she was being followed by a white Suv while traveling in the area of Jenkins Rd. Mrs. Higgins stated she pulled into the parking lot in front of the Dollar Tree on Gunbarrel Rd and the white Suv pulled into the lot and parked close to her vehicle but the driver did not get out of the vehicle. Mrs. Higgins stated she went inside and when she came back outside the Suv was stilled parked and the older looking W/F driver was still inside the vehicle.Mrs. Higgins stated she got into her vehicle and left and the Suv began to follow her so she called Police.

Mrs. Higgins stated the Suv was a White Toyota 4-runner with a tag number which is registered to a Janie Austin from Chattanooga.

I attempted to make contact with the owner of the Suv but was unable to do so.No further information at this time.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Ms. Tina White. She stated that she recorded on her ring video the suspect mowing the lawn and trimming the edges. During the time the suspect was trimming along the fence, a rock was flung out and broke the rear passenger side door window. There is bad tension between neighbors. For this reason she has not spoken with them.

Police noticed an abandoned ford explorer beside the railroad tracks with the front of the SUV in the bushes. Police investigated the area and found no owner of the vehicle and no one around the storage facility. After speaking with the manager of the facility, it was noted to trespass any homeless that were not supposed to be on the property if police noticed them. No further police action was required.

She stated she has had several encounters with midnight shift officers in the area. No police action was required.

On 04/11/2020 at 01:55 hours, I, Officer D. Schuerger #805 was patrol the area for a stabbing suspect. When I noticed a vehicle with no headlights on pulling a trailer leaving the area of 3300 Parker Lane. The vehicle did not turn on there headlights until it reached Browndell Drive. I pulled the vehicle over around 200 Browns Ferry Road for the headlight violation. I made contact with Clon Stotts (Driver) and Marshall Smith (passenger) who are both known theft suspects. The trailer they were pulling had a white washer, a white dryer, a white refrigerator, and two black tubs on it. The vehicle had no tag and neither did the trailer. I released the parties because I had no reason to believe the items were stolen at this time and plus I was looking for the stabbing suspects.

When I arrived, I spoke with Shana Baker who stated that she was in a verbal disorder with Lemel Powell (husband) about the car keys. Mrs. Baker stated she just wanted the car keys so she could leave. Mr. Powell gave me the car keys to give to Mrs. Baker so she could leave for the evening. There was no physical altercation.

I was informed by dispatch that the complainant observed a black female wearing jeans and a sweater with a backpack was acting strangely. I arrived in the area and located the party matching the description at the 4900 block of Old Mission Rd. The party was highly suspicious of police stating I work for "them". The party was extremely uncooperative and did not wish to speak to police fearing she was being followed. The party walked North on Moore Rd and turned West on Colonial. On 04/11/2020 at 14:30 hours, Officer Creekmur (73496) reported a memo at 4615 Mission Rd. Police responded to an unknown trouble call at the location. When police arrived they observed Mrs. Lesley Paseur walking towards the street holding a baseball baat her side. Police were able to get Mrs. Paseur to set down the bat and talk. Police observed silver paint residue on Mrs. Paseur's mouth. Mrs. Paseur managed to articulate that she thought that there were people in her house and that she was just trying to leave. Mrs. Paseur led police inside the house and police observed the house was wrecked. Police then cleared the residence but found no other parties. Mrs. Paseur stated that she would arrange for a pickup from the location and stay someplace else. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 04/11/2020 at approximately 15:55 hours, while conducting routine patrol at approximately 1317 Hwy 27 SB, I Officer Virden #691 observed Unit #1 to be abandoned on the side of the road at this location. Unit #1 displayed no TN registration. I further observed Unit #1 to have been tagged for tow by THP 04/09/2020. Per TCA 55-16-103 & CCC 24-348, Unit #1, having remained parked illegally on public property for greater than 48 hours, is considered abandoned by police and may be towed immediately. A wrecker was requested via CPD Info Channel and Tommy's Automotive responded and towed Unit #1 without incident. No further at this time.

On 04/11/2020 at 15:49 hours, Officer Oliver (912) reported a memo at 727 E 11th St. Officers were responding to and handling a disorder at the community kitchen (complaint number: 20-035646) when they noticed a guy walking around with a machete. Officers approached the man, now identified as a Mr. Honesty Barnett, and told him to drop the weapon. Mr. Barnett complied and handed over his machete. Officers explained to Mr. Barnett that he could not have a blade of that size and he agreed to hand it over. Officers then told Mr. Barnett to walk away and he complied. No further.

The man in question was a light skin black male, wearing white joggers and a white pullover. He was seenon camera observing the shampoo and conditioners. He proceeded to pick them up and put them down. I was not able to observe him reaching and putting anything in his pockets when he left, however the employee was sure she saw it. Upon arrival police observed a large gathering of people (70-100) inside, and around the above location. The parties were being very loud, and disruptive. On 04/13/2020 at 11:15 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3904 Rossville Blvd. Upon my arrival, I spoke with complainant Dan Reed ( ). He stated a gray 2015 Chrysler 200 was parked in his lot being repaired on and someone stole it. The last time he saw the vehicle was Saturday evening after they closed the shop. The fence where the car was parked was cut open and pulled to the side so it could drive away. Reed stated he possibly left the keys in thereand there are no cameras surrounding the area. There is no suspect information. Reed estimated the car worth approximately $6,000-10,000 with no distinctive features. The vehicle was put into NCIC-NIC #V361905864. Nothing further at this time.

I spoke with Cheth Dunnington by telephone. He says that sometime after 2300 hours last night, an unknown party entered his unlocked 1998 Honda Accord. He says that his wallet and its contents were stolen along with his Pioneer touch screen car radio.
