Diced turkey breast marinated with fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger,

Seekh KebabMinced lamb mixed with fresh Indian

herbs and spices then cooked in charcoal grill.

Chicken PakoraStrips of chicken marinated with gram flour, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and then fried

in vegetable oil.

Mix Veg PakoraOnion, potato, fresh spinach,

cauliflower mixed together with Indian spices and gram flour.
