REPAIR LOCATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK • Remove indicated pieces and preserve pieces as able

• Evaluate and remove any other damaged masonry

• Clean and repair all steel that is accessible and protect exposed state with pre-catalyzed epoxy paint as able

• Replace missing and damaged sections of masonry cornice and point all joints in masonry cornice

• Replace front 20’ of roof with 60mil EPDM membrane and extend membrane to top of the parapet

• Cut all masonry joints for repointing and repoint with Type O mortar

• Install GFRC replacement masonry units

• Patch and fill terracotta cracks with Elasto-mastic 352 and Elasto-fill 354; clean terracotta surfaces with Prosoco Cleaner and rinse; coat all terracotta block with Elastowall 351

• Replace windows per separate scope
