Wilson Elser's Chicago office currently seeks a Data Privacy Security Associate Attorney whopossesses the following:
This role will primarily work with the data privacy and security team to handle data breachesnationwide, and to assist and advise organizations on information governance. Strong crisismanagement and people management skills, along with cyber liability, data privacy, and datasecurity experience are necessary for this position.
Qualifications
o JD from an accredited Law School
o Admitted to practice in Illinois, Indiana, or willingness to become admitted to either state
o 3 - 6 years of Data Privacy and Security experience
o Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and handle intense situations
o Knowledge or understanding of technology helpful
o Knowledge and understanding of state and international data privacy laws and regulations,including breach notification statutes
o Legal project management experience is helpful
