WHO ARE WE
CareerBox is a workforce development organization.
We recruit youth who have been marginalized from
economic opportunities, train them and place them in
jobs with many of our private sector partners.
Founded in 2013 to address the acute shortage of
skilled workers for the digital economy and business
process outsourcing sectors.
At a high level, our mission is to address the skills mismatch that
exists in many of these economies by molding a pipeline of talent
that has kept pace with the skills requirement of the private sector
and other industries expected to absorb them into the labor force
