42 Berners Street is a brand new contemporary develop-ment in the heart of Fitzrovia deigned by Buckley Gray Yeoman Architects. The new building replaced two outdated and inefficient buildings. Access to outside space is available on every office floor, with exclusive terraces to the first, sixth and seventh floors, and balconies on the remaining floors.

The primary facade is built in Portland Stone with deep set reveals to give a solid high-quality ar-chitectural appearance.

Albion Stone supplied 70m³ of blocks to Meister Stone, comprising of Portland Jordans Basebed and Portland Roach for the façade.
