Incorporated first time on 24th August 1910 under the name of Imperial Tobacco Company of India Ltd.

First 6 years devoted in cigarettes and leaf business.

1975:Entered hotel business.1979:Entered Paper board business

1990:Agri business for exports.

2000:Entered stationery business and launched ITC InfoTech ltd.

2001:entered in retailing and food business.
