1. This is in continuation of the Result Notice No.1266 Dated 06.04.2021.

2. In partial modification, the candidature of one candidate bearing Roll no.2800104399 in PH-OH-UR Category, who was earlier nominatedprovisionally vide Result Notice No. 1266 Dated 06.04.2021 is herebyrescinded and considered as rejected due to Nob-up[oading of e-dossier within stipulated time.

3. Rest of the contents of the said Result Notice No. 1266 dated06.04.2021 shall remain same.

4. The Results for above post were declared vide Result Notice No. 773dated 28.03.2019 and subsequent supplementary Result Notices No.774 dated 16.04,2019,No. 775 dated 09.05.2019, No. 785 dated12.07.2019, No. 788 dated 31/07/2019, No. 847 dated 12.10.2019and 863 dated 25.11.2019, NO. 1090 dated 20.03.2020, 1110 dated17.07.2020 , 1241 dated 13.01.2021 and 1266 dated 06.04.2021

5. The result has been processed keeping in view of the eligibility conditionsregarding educational qualifications / caste certificate / disability certificateetc. as on cut off date i.e. 15/09/17 for post code-16/17 and 30/07/2018 forpost code-01/18.

6. On the basis of marks secured in written examination and after preliminaryscrutiny, as per the provisions of the statutory Recruitment Rules for the postand the terms and conditions of the advertisement, the following ONE (01)candidate (PH-OH-UR-01) from the waiting panel/select panel areprovisionally selected for the post of Teacher (Primary) under post code16/17 & 01/18 in MCD, subject to their fulfilling all other conditions ofeligibility and also correctness of the information furnished by the candidatesin their online application forms and e-dossiers :-

have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in theRRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications andsubject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to theirphotographs, signatures/ handwriting etc. On the application form, admissioncertificate etc. The candidature of the candidate is liable to becancelled bv the User Department, in case: candidate is found notfulfillina all the eliaibi[itv conditions of the Recruitment Rules for thePosts or for ahv other aehuine reason. 9. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letters to the candidates after verification of the correctness ofthe information furnished in the application form and the documents relatedto educational qualification, age and other essential certificates includingcaste certificate as per Government of India instructions issued in this regardvide MHA OM No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19/11/54.

12. User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from theissuing authority. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it may also beverified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of the scheduleof Govt. of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993,O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14/10/2008 and36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013 and 13.09.2017.

13. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is inconformity with DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issuedfrom time to time.

14. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any-right upon the candidate over the post unless the userdepartment is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessarythatthecandidateissuikabieinailrespectForappoireuttothepost

15.The recruitment process for the post code-16/17 & 01/18 hadalready been closed subject to disposal of above pending cases andsubject to outcome of pending court cases, if any.

16. The marks of last provisionally nominated candidates in each category afterthis result are as follows:-

17. The wait list/ Panel was valid up to 27/03/2020, which wase>ctended upto 31.12.2020 and has already been expired.

18. The above result for post code 16/17 & 01/18 will be subjectto outcome of pending Court cases i.e. O.A. No. 2717/2018, 2811/2018,3464/2017, 2724/2018, 2744/2018, 2797/2018, 2929/2018 and othercourt cases, if any.

19. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, DSSSBreserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected atany stage or arising due to court cases.
