OUTFIT YOU WILL BE MODELING:** Please use drop down menu to add appropriate class number in the blank.** Please fill out one sheet per outfit - if a 4-H’er is modeling two items, they willreceive one ribbon per modeling. For example, Lily is modeling a Beyond the Needle Shirt and a pair of shoes that she made in the Beyond the needle project. She will receive one ribbon for modeling both items. If she wants to receive a ribbon for both items, she will need to fill out two forms and model each item separately.**STEAM 2, 3, & Beyond the Needle must be full outfits to be considered forState Fair Modeling.
