ELIGIBILITY: All Male Amateur Bodybuilding-Athletes who are not German citizens and are member of GNBF or
member of a foreign Natural Bodybuilding Federation are allowed to compete.
TESTING:
Athletes must not have used any anabolic steroids, diuretics, prescription drugs or other banned substances for athletic purposes
for a minimum of seven (7) years prior to the date of this Event, and may not posses muscle implants.
At the day of signing in for the contest Friday, 19th October 2018 the FFMI (Fat Free Mass Index) of all athletes will be
calculated. Athletes who`s FFMI is measured higher than 26 are not allowed to compete. Class winner will get drug tested directly
after the contest via Urine-Test and either Blood-Test or Hair Analyses.
CONTEST SCHEDULE
October, 19th 2018: Signing in for the Contest: 8.00 am to 07.00 pm
Site for Signing in: Siegerlandhalle – Room: „Atriumsaal“ / Located at the backside of Siegerlandhalle
Showtime October 20th 2018: 8:00 am Prejudging / 4:00 pm Final
MUSIC: Athletes are required to bring their own music. Must be on a USB-Stick mp-3 formatted cued to the music the athletes
would like to pose to. Top 5 are free of choice to show their individual posing routine or not doing an individual posing routine.
Maximum time allowance: 60 seconds strictly enforced. A professional-quality 60 second recording is strongly recommended.
ENTRY FEE: 95,- Euro (includes mandatory drug testing) to be paid cash at the day of signing in for the contest.
Trainer Backstage Pass: 25,- Euro
Entry deadline: Entries must be received no later than October 10th, 2018.
