Local Conference where all member of AIESEC get full education about AIESEC like a basic Education and operational Education. It is also the moment, when the commitment of our membership, the power of our vision, and the strength of our network come together to create an intense learning experience. It is an opportunity to receive training, build personal network, demonstrate leadership, and have loads of fun. The day which conference for new members to learn more about AIESEC identity and operations, meet other AIESECers, and begin planning your AIESEC Experience.

In this night, every participant will celebrate of
conference and give a appreciation for member
with many nomined. It is the last party event on
the last day of Local Committee Conference.
Don’t forget to bring your gift for someone and
dress yourselves. Enjoy this night guys !
Things to Bring
Things that you must bring in local conference :
Clothes (non-formal, semi-formal and formal, uniform senior high school)
Party Costume
Toiletries (toothbrush, Toothpaste, Shampoo, Shoer gel, towel, etc.)
Slippers
Medicines (if necessary)
Stationaries (pen, pencil, etc.)
Cash to buy merchandise (we really suggest you to bring enough cash, so you don’t need to take in ATM anymore)
1 pair of colourful paper for sugarcube

Delegates Fee 200,000 IDR
Extra Delegates Fee 50,000 IDR
Late Payment Fee 30,000 IDR

Note : Maximum cancellation for joining conference is the same with the registration deadline. If you cancel after the deadline, you should pay 100% of cancellation fee.
