IMPORTANT DATES
We have held two bicons previously :
1st BICON in March 2014 on the theme of “Institutionalised Children: Standards of Care and Mental Health”
2nd BICON on the theme of “Improving Standards of Care for Alternative Child and Youth Care: Systems,
Policies and Practices’).
The major achievement of the previous two BICONs has been positioning the importance of cross country
learnings on the practice and policy related to Child and Youth Care (CYC) in South Asia. The 3rd BICON
keeps this momentum alive.
