connectivity• Upgrade curb ramps at intersections• Improve local drainage conditions• Upgrade traffic signals at Thomas Road

and McDowell Road• Update street lighting to current standards

• Early 2020: Concept designo One-lane and two-laneo Feasibility study

• Additional traffic analysis• Bicycle conflict at 3rd Avenue and Encanto Boulevard• Result: One lane with two lane flare at signalized intersections
