Pocket edge:With RS of work facing and smallest needles knit across sts on st holder. Starting with Purl row, work 6 rows in stockinette st.Next row: Knit.Starting with a knit row, work 6 rows stockinette st. Cast off .Fold pocket edge at ridge to WS and sew loosely in position. Sew pocket edge in position on RS and pocket piece in position on WS.

Front band:With smaller needles cast on 11 sts.Row 1: K2. *P1. K1. Rep from * to last st. K1.Row 2: K1. *P1. K1. Rep from * to end of row.Rep these 2 rows until band fi ts up le� front to centre back of neck.Cast off in ribbing. Work another band the same. Sew cast off ends of bands together at centre back. Sew band in position. Pin to measurements and steam lightly through a damp cloth.
