Visualizes the minute defects on the surface and inside of a specimen using advanced X-ray/CT technology
Nikon, using X-ray/CT (Computed Tomography) technology, provides non-destructive inspection of the inside of samples with minute and complicated structures using noncontact or optical sensors. The technology allows for a a wide range of inspection targets, such as printed substrates with digital parts, plastic-molded parts, casting, newly developed materials, medical parts, consumer products and archaeological relics.
Large scale volume space inspection
To improve precision and production speeds, accurate inspection data of geometric forms are fed back to the production process in real-time.In automobile, airline, shipbuilding industries, where high-quality production is essential, Nikon's measurement solutions contribute to reduce production costs and throughput by providing measuring solutions.
