Action Points from last meetingredacted outlined PTD progress to date and said that the outstandingaction points from previous PTD meetings were mainly operational andwould not prevent signing of the contracts. It was agreed that theseshould be discussed further once contracts were signed.

Redaction Processredacted said that some clarity was required around the redactionprocess. redacted clarified that there would be two versions of the

contract, one in full and one with redactions. Two signed copies of thefull contract would be required (one for each party). redacted explainedthat the redacted version of the full contract will be produced by DWP,and confirmed we will ensure that Serco are happy with the changesbefore publication.

Addendum to Tenderredacted asked for an update on the proposed addendum to the tender.redacted said that they would get the final document to us as soon aspossible. redacted said this could be along the lines of the documentpreviously produced although more formal, and it should relate to thesections of the tender that they would like to change. redacted addedthat we would like to get all documents ready so that the order form canbe signed as soon as the Parent Company Guarantee (PCG) isavailable.

Provider Guidanceredacted said that Provider Guidance has now been sent out, and thatthere may continue to be some slight changes in light of the fact it is aliving document. redacted added that some reference had been madeto adding further clarification. redacted asked whether this would settle

down or if it would continue to change as it had the potential to impacttheir IT systems. redacted acknowledged their concerns, however,could not guarantee that this will be the final version.

Dashboard Updateredacted asked for an update on the red and amber issues.

redacted said that teams had undertaken H&S checks to premises andthe spreadsheet has been updated. redacted asked whether the finalversion would be likely to change after contract signature. redacted saidthat they would make sure everything was agreed before go-live and

there may be some outstanding actions. redacted said we need themost up to date premises list just before we sign the contract and

proposed the end of next week. redacted agreed that this would beacceptable.

redacted asked when we are likely to get the PCG. redacted said thatthis is currently going through the governance process.

redacted asked for a TUPE update. redacted confirmed redactedmeetings were arranged with ESG and A4e. redacted said progress wasbeing made and confirmed that they had met with A4e and agreed anindicative split.

redacted asked whether there was any further update on the concernsraised at the last meeting with regards to termination of FND contractsand the stock piling of customers. redacted said that they need to tellproviders this week whether FND will be continuing after 28 June asthis has an impact on staff/property leases etc.

redacted also said they needed to know what the anticipated customer

flows will be on a weekly basis from go-live as the approach taken byJCP appears to be inconsistent. redacted said there was someindication that there is a general stock piling of customers, and addedthe importance of finding out what was happening in each CPA to planresource and ensure providers were ready to go. redacted said workwas ongoing to look at flow of different customer groups in more detail.

Any Other Businessredacted said that a further meeting would not be required and that wewere on track to sign the order form w/c 13 June. redacted summarisedthat the updated version of the implementation plan, the subcontractor

and premises lists were required by COB 3 June, and these would formpart of the contract together with the addendum. Any areas that werenot finalised should be supported by a narrative. redacted confirmedthat we would then be ready for signing once the PCG had beenreceived.
