1. Installation & commissioning

We provide support from the outset with the assembly and installation of your powertrain. Our experts ensure your powertrain is correct-ly aligned from the start and commission the most critical component: the drive.

Correct alignment prevents increased wear and ensures reliable operation.

2. Condition Monitoring

If the powertrain fails, your machine or system will stop. Our advanced powertrain condition monitoring immediately flags up any anom-alies and avoids the risk of unplanned down-time.

We provide offline and online solutions for permanent powertrain condition monitoring. The individual components such as the en-gine, gears, drive shaft and rollers are mon-itored by measuring sensors and the data is sent online to our analysis centre.

3. Analyses & recommendations

The data from condition monitoring is exam-ined in detail at our analysis centre. We use situational analysis methods that are tailored to your needs.

Possible methods: vibration analyses, endos-copies, alignment checks and thermographic measurements. We provide you with a de-tailed report on the test results, with recom-mendations from our experts.

4. Maintenance, repair & optimisation

A modern maintenance service must meet three key challenges: it must be targeted, rapid and above all reliable. We draw on previous analyses for the targeted maintenance, repair and optimisation of your powertrain.

Our service experts are specialists who use the latest technologies combined with their extensive knowledge and experience of components, systems and processes. We can overhaul and refurbish all components in your powertrain. If necessary, we can use our expertise to redesign critical components such as drive shafts.

5. Components & spare partsIn fully-equipped service centres across Europe, we produce and repair our “Uni-Cardan” powertrain units, components and service parts.
