Dinesh Seth Dinesh possesses more than 15 years of experience in project financing, debt syndication, deal structuring, and credit risk assessment. He has been involved in fund raising transactions aggregating over `1,000 crores for MSME sector as well as big ticket debt syndication. Dinesh is promoter and principal at Sarvatra Consultants - a financial consulting and advisory firm. He has previously worked with HUDCO and ICICI Bank Limited in credit appraisal and risk divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Panjab University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Vivek Srivastava Vivek brings more than 20 years of experience spanning Credit Rating of Banks and Financial Institutions, Corporate Credit Risk Assessment, Risk Management and Mitigation Strategies, Financial Research Outsourcing, Financial Advisory and Consulting services. He has worked with clients that included Banks, Financial Institutions, Investment Banks, Independent Research Companies, Brokerage houses, Investor Relation Firms etc., across India, USA, UK and the Middle East region. Vivek co-founded Recherché Advisors India LLP and 3iAnalysis LLC. He has previously worked with Fitch Ratings, Thomson Financial BankWatch, Onicra Credit Rating Agency and International Development Research Centre. Vivek holds a MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Amit Mittal He is an FCA and a partner of M/S Mittal Goel & Associates. The CA firm has an expertise over taxation and due diligence matters along with the advisory matters of audit and management reports. It was established in the year 2001 and has gained wide exposure in hospitality, education, healthcare, media, NBFC and real estate sectors over the years. It has a team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, Income tax advocates, etc. to support the whole gamut of financial services. P.K. Khandelwal A seasoned banker with over 32 years of experience in the field of banking and financial services has served Union Bank of India and retired as DGM in 2012. He has served UBI in numerous roles across various geographies. His areas of expertise are project evaluation, macro economic analysis and debt management including its recovery and resolution. He has been recognised as a top performer during his service career with various awards and recognitions from the Bank. His strong background in project conceptualization, execution and management , State-of-the-art technologies, provides expertise in ascertaining project and technology feasibility and success. GC has worked in various capacities with Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) and was last designated as Executive Director & Officer-in-Charge for the Petrochemical Project at Pata, Auraiya. He also worked with National Fertilizers Limited and also has experience of working with global vendors and consultants. GC holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Durgesh Pandey A veteran of Power and mining sector with a well rounded expereince of 20 years in large and medium industries. He has worked with Indo Gulf and Monnet Ispat & Energy for gaining integrated expereince in Power, Fertiliser, Mining, Sugar and Steel industry to set up their plants. He is well acquainted with power trading business for all durations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering along with an MBA in Marketing Management.
