A quick look at theoverall plan of Pebble Beach Village can be usefulin charting the success of the development.Project 1, Aries,overlooking the 6th fairwaywas completely sold outseveral months ago andthe majority of apartmentsare already in use.Project 3, Gemini, whichoverlooks the 11th and13th fairways is also soldout with the construction ofthe first phase alreadycompleted.In Project 4, Leo, whichoverlooks the 12th greenand the proposed 300berth yachting marina, 50%of the first two phases arealready sold,In project 5, Virgo, thefirst phase is also sold outwith completion due forJanuary 1988.
