300 AND RISING Sales of apartments at Pebble Beach Village have topped the 300 mark. On average, during 1987, ote property a day has been purchased and there is no sign of this trend changing. A quick look at the overall plan of Pebble Beach Village can be useful in charting the success of the development. Project 1, Aries, overlooking the 6th fairway was completely sold out several months ago and the majority of apartments are already in use. Project 3, Gemini, which overlooks the 11th and 13th fairways is also sold out with the construction of the first phase already completed. In Project 4, Leo, which overlooks the 12th green and the proposed 300 berth yachting marina, 50% of the first two phases are already sold, In project 5, Virgo, the first phase is also sold out with completion due for January 1988. The second phase is 70% sold. In its unrivalled position at the very edge of the Atlantic Ocean, our prestigious project 6, Libra, with its' luxury villa1 style apartments and large open terraces is already 50% sold. Project 7, Scorpio, which has north and south facing apartments on 3 floors is 80% sold out which means there are just 16 apartments still available in this project. And finally, project 8, Aquarius, with a selection of 2 bedroom duplex apartments overlooking the 11th and 13th fairways has achieved a 65% sell-out in phases 1 and 2 in little over 6 months with the third phase soon ready for release. This demonstrates the staggering success of Pebble Beach Village during 1987 and as more property is released, it is being purchased at an unprecedented rate. One of the next projects to be released will be Project 9, Pisces.
