Credit Letter of Explanation

Previously, Ms. Tenant has prided herself on maintaining an excellent credit score for the past 15 years. The main cause of Ms. Tenant’s low credit score stems from the fact that she has been forced to Short Sale her home.

Ms. Tenant’s low credit score is also a direct result of the student loans that she has deferred. We will be working with her over the next 6 to 18 months to:

• EDUCATE – Educate them on the importance of good credit and how the credit system works.

• CORRECT – Correct any and all errors and inaccuracies on all 3 agency reports.

• IMPROVE – Adding new trade lines to increase and enhance her scores.

• MANAGE – Keeping a close eye on her reports and credit payments.

Using CreditXpert® software we are able to determine the credit score after corrections, resolutions or improvements to various accounts.

1. Pay off all derogatory accounts and/or have the items deleted. 2. Pay revolving account balance to zero. 3. Add new revolving and installment trade lines.
