The service guarantees the complete destruction of your confi dential waste at highly secure off-site shredding facilities across the country. All documents are housed within secured fi reproof containers, ensuring your paper documents are protected before being destroyed, with destruction of documents within 24 hours of arriving at the facility.The shredding facility is serviced with 24 hour CCTV and only restricted personnel who have been vetted through a rigorous process, are employed to manage

the processes.

Documents are shredded to the BSIA Standard EN 15713: 2009 Level 4 / BS8470 Level 4.

We understand that a business can generate a vast amount of standard paper based waste in a day, so we haven’t restricted this service to confi dential waste only. The same solution is available for general waste, which could be anything from general printed documentation, fl yers and even junk mail.

Some items can be diffi cult to shred (such as old company catalogues or price lists), so Lyreco will take the hassle away and dispose of these securely for you.

When uplifting your documents you will be provided with a waste transfer note for your records.

HOW TO ORDER THE SHREDDING BAGSAll you need to do is place an order for product code 5.434.582 to purchase the shredding bags

which will each hold 17kg of paper waste. When the bag is full to the highlighted level, simply arrange a

collection using product code 99.996.487, via online ordering or by calling our customer services team.

Your Lyreco driver will then collect the bag. Shredding bags are sold in packs of 5 but can be uplifted

individually if required.

BESPOKE SOLUTIONWe can also offer a bespoke solution to suit your business or organisation. This option ensures your

documents are stored on-site within lockable containers that will be serviced by our shredding partner

on a regular basis. Simply speak to your account manager who will assess your needs.
