Discussion: Who is the stakeholder? Demographic information of your
stakeholders. What are other services that may already
help the stakeholders that you have identified?
Who is the potential project partner? Are there prejudices associated with these
project partners? What is the socioeconomic status of the
stakeholders? Any religious affiliations that must be
considered?
Remind the students that fully understanding the stakeholders and their needs is crucial to a successful usable project.
