    Wasatch Mental Health is a com#rehensi!e community mental health center. :t o))ers an

    o) a com#rehensi!e mental health center& the )ollowing ser!ices are #ro!ided0 in#atient&

    residential& day treatment& case management& out#atient& '%;hour crisis line& outreach& )ollow;u#&

    re)erral screening& consultation& education and #re!ention. Wasatch Mental Health may also

    #ro!ide& coordinate or su##ort additional ser!ices )or #atients such as housing& trans#ortation to

    needed mental health ser!ices& clu3houses& consumer dro#;in centers& em#loyment and
