Features Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are manufactured in Meadville, PA using state of the art production equipment and techniques. All fittings go through a rigorous inspection process to ensure the highest quality and workmanship. Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are ultrasonically cleaned and passivated to remove all oils or impurities. * Available in 1/8”-1” NPT in various configurations * High quality threads ensure leak free connections * Pipe fittings are manufactured using 316 stainless steel bar stock and forgings * All materials are traceable to the mill and the mill certificate is available upon request * Fittings come packaged individually in heat-sealed bags * All male threads are supplied with protective thread caps * Tapered pipe threads (NPT) are machined per the requirements of ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 * Interchangeable and compatible with Swagelok®, SSP TruFit®, and Parker® instrument pipe fittings Quality Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are produced in Meadville, Pennsylvania, USA. The manufacturing facility is certified by DNV to the requirements of ISO 9001.

Materials Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are made from 316 stainless steel bar stock and forgings. All materials conform to industry standards as follows:

Component 316 stainless steel Fitting body – hexagon ASTM A479, ASTM A276

Fitting body - forged ASTM A182 Traceability Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are permanently marked to allow for raw material heat/lot traceability. Material certifications and test reports are available upon request. Pressure Rating Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are pressure rated based on ASME B-31.3 Process Piping, using the allowable stress for 316 SS of 20,000 PSI. Each fitting is rated independently via calculation. This catalog provides the fitting pressure rating for each part number.

Temperature Rating Generant Precision Pipe Fittings are designed to be used between -320°F and 680°F (-196°C and 360°C). At temperatures above 400°F the pressure rating should be derated as follows:

1. Style Designator

Choose a fitting type from the visual index page. Generant Precision Pipe Fittings use up to five letters to indicate the specific configuration or shape desired.

GA = Adapter GCP = Pipe Cap GCS = Cross GE = Elbow GHCG = Hex Coupling GHLN = Hex Long Nipple

GHN = Hex Nipple GHRCG = Hex Reducing Coupling GHRN = Hex Reducing Nipple GME = Male Elbow GP = Plug GRA = Reducing Adapter

GRB = Reducing Bushing GSE = Street Elbow GST = Street Tee GT = Tee

2. Size Indicate the pipe size by using the Size Designator listed in the following table. For fittings that utilize more than one port size, Size Designators are separated by dashes. All part numbers are listed in the catalog.
