Public meeting
Since January 2007, the Town of Parry Sound has been engaging residents, ratepayers and stakeholders in an effort to obtain input for a revised Strategic Plan. Public meetings and several focus group sessions were held in this regard.

This draft plan will provide the Town with direction for the next 10 years.

Public NoticeTAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Seguin proposes to enact a By-law to close and stop up those parts of the original shore road allowance laid out
Along the shores of the Broad River and Whitefish Lake, in front of Lot 101, Concession B, in the Geographic Township of Humphrey, now Township of Seguin, District of Parry Sound, designated as Parts 2 and 3, according to Plan 42R-18116.
And to transfer those parts of the said original shore road allowance being designated as Part 2, according to Plan 42R-18116 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound, to the abutting owner pursuant to S.34 of the MunicipalAct, 2001.
The By-law will be presented to the said Council for consideration and enactment at its regular meeting at the Municipal Office on November 5, 2007, at the hour of 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon. Any person claiming to be prejudicially affected must file a written objection with the Clerk of the Council on or before 4:00 p.m. October 31, 2007. On receipt of any such objection, the Clerk will schedule a public hearing to allow the person to present his/her objections to Council.
