With more than 18% of the world's gas reserves, Iran has the first largest reserves in the world.Iran as old as history itself inherits one of the most ancient civilizations of the planet. Iran has the biggest natural gas reserves in the world, around 4,000,000 natural gas vehicles and more than2300 CNG refueling stations. Based on Iranian government policy to increase the use of Natural Gas in transportation sector and the plans to install one thousand new CNG stations all over the country, building strong branding for CNG, haul fuel to remote regions by using VPL, renewal of city bus & taxi fleets by retirement of old ones, renovate heavy vehicle fleet and develop LNG industry; this event will provide an incredible atmosphere for all participants to consider all investment or partnership opportunities in Iran NGV industry.

The 7th Asia Pacific Natural Gas Vehicles Association Biennial International Conference & Exhibition (ANGVA 2017) will be held from 31st October to 2nd November 2017 in Tehran, Iran.

Natural gas is increasingly available across Asia as a result of technological advances that have made it easier to locate, extract and transport across the globe, and etc. So for countries across Asia Pacific, the decision matrix for the coming years ought to include natural gas as a transition fuel that can green their energy mix.

Iran ANGVA 2017 will take place in Milad Tower convention center in Tehran, Iran. Tehran is a great metropolis, which is the focal point of Iran's transportation network and the center in which more than40% of the nation's economic activities takes place.

Milad Tower is a multi-purpose tower. It is the sixth tallest tower and the 17th tallest freestanding structure in the world.

Milad Convention center's main parts are seven conference salons, 5 VIP rooms and exhibitionarea of 6900 m2 with a parking area of 27,000 m2.

Airport transfer:Conference executive committee will use its best efforts to provide airport transferfor exhibitors and attendees arriving Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA). More information is available on ANGVA 2017 website.

Every foreign visitor entering Iran, must possess a valid passport and visa. Participantsfrom countries requiring a visa entry to Iran are strongly advised to make their applicationsin their home countries at least one month before the intended date of travel .

The currency is the Iranian Rials. Foreign currency (normally EURO and US Dollar) canbe exchanged at the airport or the front desk of your hotel. Local banks are open from 07.30 AM to 15.00 PM. from Saturday to Thursday .There are also private foreign exchange offices throughout the city that operate between09.00 AM to 17.00 PM.
