APPOINTING NEW STAFF The school leadership team and staff have been involved in appointing new staff over the past few weeks to replace staff who are moving on or taking leave for 2018 and to accommodate the growth in student numbers. I will be putting out the class teaching positions in the final newsletter of the term. Children will find out their teacher for 2018 in the last week of this term. Reports will be sent home on 21st December. Please notify the school office if your child will not be at school during the last week of term and will need to have their school report mailed home. We are unable to produce student reports before this scheduled time.

STUDENT OF THE WEEK

Page 4: 30th November 2017 Key Dates - Pinewood Primary School · ongratulations students! Our annual Walkathon was a great success again with 19th Crazy Hair Day 20th Class Parties in January

The school office will close at 3pm on Friday, 22nd

December, 2017.

Green Green is silence making Mother Nature

happy. Green can heal people, making them

better. Green is the colour of the grass, growing

more and more. Green can scare away the darkness

making people safer. Green can stop bad events from

happening. Green gives us light to make us see in

the bright sky. Green stops destruction from happening

around the world. Green makes people fight fear around

the world, not making them scared anymore.

Green makes creatures run away preventing them from going near danger.

Green spreads joy everyday making people play with everyone.
