Dyeing Process Dislubrication-iron phosphatese process. Electrostically painted with robotic system. Using polyester powder of high resistance, suitable for protection from exterior conditions.

Production LineInsulation Process for the Air Conditioning units

The steel sheets are transferred to the polyurethane machine.For the shipping sector: The steel sheets are transferred to the Mineral Wool Dpt.

Production LineCooling Dpt.Assembly of the important raw materials: Compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans etc.Experienced technicians assemble the cooling circuits.Test of the circuits with nitrogen pressure.Control of leakage. Electrical Dpt.Construction and assembly of electrical boards through analytical drawings.Placement of the boards to the chillers.Perform all the necessary connections.

Production LineTest RoomGrounding test.Vacuum. Programming the controllers Filling with refrigerant (R407C, R404A, R134a, R410A). The chillers operating at full capacity .Check the total efficiency .Safety devices adjustment and check. Leakage control of the refrigerant circuits.
