Day 1: Colored Fur Coat
A colored fur coat will carry you through the cold winter months
with a punch of bold. Sure we love lux fur toppers in neutral
shades, but securing at least one super star in your wardrobe
makes a big difference on days when you feel like taking the stage.
Work with bright pieces that complement each other. Try choosing
separates in different shades from the same family of color, and
then clash them with one or two colored accessory.
Think of how well a bright cover up sets the mood on a gloomy day.
You´re cozily and stylishly bundled up, ready to conquer the world.

Day 2: Bright Mini Skirt
Sheinside
Chiffon Skirt
$21
Alice &
Olivia
Although dark skirts are safe and easy to style, a cute bright skirt is
more fun to wear. In fact, they´re more versatile than you think.
Colored skirts blend nicely with other bright colors and they add a
nice pop of brightness to a monochrome ensemble.
Sweet and girly look. Mix an orange sleeved top with a pink
peplum mini skirt. Temper the brightness of your separates with a
beige pump and a bronze clutch.
Pretty and fashionable. Did you know that orange and sky blue
work well together? Try a light blue skirt with an orange fitted tee
worn tucked in, and then complete the look with animal print
pumps.

Day 3: Feminine Blush
Tibi Shoulder top, Dark Blush, Singer22, $179
Carven Angora Sweater, Shopbop, $520
Ramy Brook Allyn Pant, Singer 22, $179
Bebe Zimmermann Gown, Shopbop, $475
Soft and feminine, the blush hue – somewhere between pale pink
and champagne – is universally flattering and versatile. It´s an easy
way to make a bold statement, quietly. Generally considered ultra-
girlie, this hue can also come off as sophisticated, even edgy. It gives
you personality without being loud.
For cold days, look for a blush sweater to wear with black shorts
and black knee high leather boots. Or go even bigger by opting for a
blush tailored coat.
For summer, cotton sleeveless tops, mini-or maxi dresses, function
very well for a breezy ensemble. Dress them up with a jacket for
evening affairs.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 6
Day 4: Fabulous Pants
Dress It Up
Hot Casual
Chicca
Lualdi Classic
Beeuqeen Cut
From a day at work to a night date, pants are your go-to basic, and
they go with everything for a whole lot of options.
Pants are acceptable everywhere – from work to public gatherings to
the streets of downtown – because they´re very comfortable, provide
great coverage, and for some cuts, make you look leggy.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 7
Day 5: Denim
From skinny, boyfriend or distressed jeans to doing double denim,
it´s all about that comfortable, uncontrived and oh-so-sexy feeling
that denim gives best. Today, take your denim out of its elements,
beat the then fashion faux pas and adapt the new, trendy options.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 8
Day 6: Sweet Floral Top
Sports Luxe Casual Chic
Dare to
Clash
Ditch those long flowing floral dresses, matching floral separates or
floral tops paired with dainty, very feminine skirts because today,
we´re speaking floral worn boldly, sportly and casually relaxed.
Grab your most vibrant floral top and style it in three different ways
– sports luxe, casual chic, and daring clash.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 9
Day 7: Tall Boots and Skirt
Victoria Beckham Pippa Middleton
Katherine Heigl
Boots can quickly add elegance or casualness to your look
depending on the statement that you want to create and the type of
boots that you pick. Today, let´s mimic one of these three celebrity
outfits in tall boots and skirts.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 10
Day 8: Black Jumpsuit
Maison Martin
Margiela
Color Blocking
Black is very easy to colorblock. Any bright color easily pops out
against black. There are three ways to do it – team your black
jumpsuit with a colorblock shoe, accessorize it with a colorblock
bag, or do colorblocking with single-colored accessories. This is the
perfect time to take advantage of the many cute and trendy, already-
colorblocked pieces.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 11
Day 9: Printed/Patterned Fit and Flare
Dolce & Gabbana
Fit and flare dresses, whether vintage-inspired or modern take of
lace and leather, is a celebrity favorite. These nipped waist and high
volume skirts create curves that are forever flattering for any body
type.
If you´re someone with a narrow hip, this is the dress to give you
those perfect curves. If you’re voluptuous, take the mini skater
dress with skirt that isn´t too full.
Really, every girl should own a fit and flare dress.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 12
Day 10: Learn to Match Accessories
The Daring
The Neutral
The Bold
Burberry
It´s easier to settle on black bags because you know that black will
match with anything. But did you know that tan, cream, gray, off
white, and even animal prints are neutrals? Invest on quality bags
that fit your lifestyle. With pops of color, of course.
If your outfit needs to stand out, the simplest way is to have a bold
colored, statement handbag. Try pairing an unexpected patterned or
multicolored handbag to your outfit. The punch will give your outfit
a more modern chic look. Anything unexpected creates a vibe of
trendsetter.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 13
Day 11: Ankle Boots to Work
Ankle boots can be a little tricky when wearing them to work as they
can appear to be edgy and youthful. Be sure to pick simple and
appropriate ankle boots to wear to the office. Office-approved ankle
boots should be all one color, have a shorter heel and not have too
many embellishments. Since ankle boots stand out so much, be
sure to keep the rest of the outfit simple and clean.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 14
Day 12: The Slim Belt
Monochrome outfits are great in lengthening your vertical line, they
make you look taller. But if worn as is, they tend to come off as dull
and plain. Besides, there are just too many (same) ways you can
wear them. To amp up a mono look, add a slim contrast waist belt.
It will emphasize your waist and smoothly add detail to the
ensemble.
Go for neutral slim belts – brown, black or leopard print – to
complete a bright colored, a printed monochrome, or a white combo.
In reverse, if you’re wearing a neutral frock, opt for colored or
patterned slim belts. Well, that´s the safe way to do it.
But if you love styling out of the box, then try experimenting with
colors. Nothing´s more intriguing than a bright dress cinched at the
waist with a clashing bright belt.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 15
Day 13: Colored Cardigan
A cardigan is a very versatile piece of clothing. Don’t think of it as
what your grandma would wear. Think of a cardigan as a style
accessory that can turn a bland outfit into a fashion statement.
Cardigan has a sense of mystery. Many people cover up their “weak”
spots with ordinary tops and tees. But you? You cover them up with
a statement cardigan. Put Some Color On. Don´t get stuck in a
black and navy rut. Break out of your clothes rut by adding some
color to your outfit. And the easiest way to update an outfit is to add
a colored cardigan.
Go floral for springtime. Turn a floral cardigan into the perfect
trendy clothing with the right accessories. Don’t be afraid to use
color! For a casual outfit, a draped cardigan is a wonderful piece to
have. Belt around the cardigan or belt underneath the cardigan to
accentuate your natural curves.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 16
Day 14: Black and White Mono
Moschino
A complete detour from shocking color pop, mono looks are
generally about black and white prints - from stripes to floral and
baroque patterns. Sure you can do the basic black and white
pairing of solid separates, but if you´re looking for more fun, try
working with monochrome patterns.
Wear it to business functions. Find a tailored baroque print trouser
to wear with a white collared top and throw over a black blazer. Go
chic and girly. Keep things classy and girly for a visit to the salon or
meeting up with your pals. Do double patterns – a dotted top
teamed with black and white floral skirt.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 17
Day 15: Snake Print Heels
Snake skin heels are super trendy right now and are a fun take on
wearing animal print. They can also be a perfect way to ease into
wearing bold jungle prints if you are new to the trend. Snake skin
heels are a great investment since this trend carries on throughout
the year. Although snake skin pumps are a classic look, they can
border on trashy if not styled right.
Wear to work. Red snake skin heels definitely make a statement, so
keep the rest of the outfit classic and simple with a Little Black
Dress, solid black satchel and basic gold accessories.
Wear it casual. Try two snake skin pieces together. This can be
done if both the purse and pumps are of neutral tones. Give a pop
of color to the neutral elements through your jewelry.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 18
Day 16: Safari Jacket
“Rustic in its rough-hewn flair, usually designed in near-weightless
cotton twill or a cotton/linen blend, dyed in a tan, mossy green, or
pale neutral tone, the safari jacket was an instant hit with the
stylishly sporty women.” ~ Lloyed Boston Before You Put That On
Safari jacket is a great way to give newness to your outfits. It
smoothly transitions you from spring to summer or summer to fall.
For days that leave you chilly today and sweating tomorrow, this
jacket beats it all.
The neutral look of a safari jacket is perfect to temper the boldness
of striking printed piece. The result would look polished if completed
with black accessories. For a relaxed take on safari jacket, team it
with cropped pants in bold color and trendy flats such as trendy
smoking slippers.
In case you don´t feel like carrying a bag, the host of roomy bellows
pockets can house everything – thin wallets, single keys, a lipstick,
chic mints – without adding bulk to your hips or chest. But if you´re
busty beware of the patch pockets on the chest, avoid stashing
things there to avoid unnecessary additional volume.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 19
Day 17: Street Style Running Shoes
Nike Trainers
Nike Dark Gray Nike Free Run
For an edgy and casually chic ensemble, you need a casual little
black dress or a black tunic shirt, black moto jacket, black leather
shoulder bag, and a pair of worn out running shoes. Nip the waist of
your dress under the jacket with a slim belt to accentuate your
curve. Keep things dark but cute.
With a coat. Layer atop an LBD a brown single-breasted top coat
and finish with dark-colored running shoes. Add a great bag that
matches the vibe. Try layering of animal prints with other earthy
hues and teaming with black shorts. Avoid prints that clash,
instead, opt for wild prints in similar shade. The plain black shorts
will temper the striking prints. Opt for black trainers to keep your
laid-back look still polished.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 20
Day 18: Peter Pan Collars
For Date For Brunch with the Gals
For Weekend For Work
Peter Pan collars create that retro, Audrey Hepburn vibe. This trend
gives the statement necklace a run for its money and is very
versatile.
For professional look. Pair a Peter Pan collared lace blouse with
classic trousers and pumps to make sure that you don´t look too
whimsical. As always, wear simple accessories that are appropriate
for the office.
Perfect for date night. Pair the boyish look with sexy boots and girly
accessories to remind your date how cute you are. Steer clear of big,
chunky necklace to avoid outfit confusion. A casual Peter Pan collar
look is perfect for running weekend errands while a smart Peter Pan
collar blouse is perfect for brunch with the girls as well as for the
office.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 21
Day 19: Black and White Striped Jacket
Elie Saab
When it comes to work outfits, you think of pin stripe menswear
inspired blazer. But when it comes to versatility – a topper that
brings you from desk to date and even to the street – you lean on
the modern stripe jacket.
Monochromatic stripe blazer looks great with white – pants or skirt.
To have some touch of color, layer under your jacket a bright top.
Add another striking print to the look through your shoes; leopard
print pumps will really float out when paired with white.
Look fierce yet put together in a striped jacket teamed with black
leather skirt and black ankle boots. Soften the darkness of this look
with a nude top. Try clashing a vertical stripe jacket with a printed
dress for a fashion forward ensemble.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 22
Day 20: Printed Dresses in Winter
Band of
Outsiders
Did you know that you can transition your printed summer dresses
to fall and winter? Yes, you can. And it´s all about layering!
Go through your maxi dresses and see which is the thickest; you
probably can make a winter layering for it. Long-sleeved long
dresses are more favorable. Layer beneath (or on top of) the dress a
fitted pullover and wear thick tights to keep you cozy under. Then
wrap up with a fur vest or jacket and slip into a pair of flat riding
boots.
A military jacket is perfect to cozy up a printed high-low or midi
dress. Again, wear a stretchable fitted sweater over your dress, add
black tights and black riding boots, then accessorize with a fur scarf
or cowl.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 23
Day 21: Peep-toe Heels in Fall
Peep-toe shoes for summer? Check. Peep-toe shoes for fall? Uhm,
not sure. Oh wait, why not?
Most days in early fall are relatively warm so you can still go bare-
legged. Try a cute peep-toe look with leopard print. Teamed with a
short top and a black skater skirt, the outfit is a picture of youth.
Add vibrancy through your bag or other accessories.
For relatively cool days, go for an ivory sweater with pleated maxi
skirt and peep-toe (snake print, if possible) pumps. But colder days
call for warmer and cozier layering such as knit sweater dress and
leather jacket, thick black tights, and peep-toe half boots. You can
either keep things neutral or inject a pop of color with a bright
handbag.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 24
Day 22: Tutu Skirt
Carrie Bradshaw´s tutu skirt is arguably the most copied Sex and
the City´s look. According to its TV show stylist, she wanted to
create a look which depicts a normal everyday style but something
whimsical. The outfit is said to be the cheapest that Carrie ever
wore.
The rule of balance. A tutu skirt has a lot of volume which can add
you width. Balance the volume with a sweater in pastel hue to keep
the look soft and feminine.
Choose the right tutu skirt. The skirt can easily border to a cheer
leading outfit so make sure to choose a tutu with class. It should
flatter your shape and it shouldn´t be too long, unless otherwise
you´re wearing it to a wedding.
Be whimsical. If you find the perfect ruffled or tiered tutu skirt,
make sure to have it in a sweet, neutral color such as beige, cream,
or nude. This will go well with a printed or colored top.

Day 23: Polka Dot
Have you tried wearing polka dot sweater in fall? There are many
ways to style a dotted sweater – with boyfriend jeans and nude
ankle boots, or with mini skirt toughened by thigh high socks and
over the knee combat boots, but literally … with anything. You can
also work a dotted blazer with leather shorts or skater skirt.
In clashing a polka dot pattern with another pattern, be sure that
there´s harmony in the mix. For example, two pieces in black and
white mono print will blend well if they have the same color.
Moreover, a refine, tiny pattern will complement a larger pattern if
they have hues from the same family of colors.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 26
Day 24: The Modern Tweed Jacket
Feminine Yet Powerful Young At Heart
Carven
Tweed jacket is your grandpa´s touching and worthwhile legacy –
thick, warm, good quality, and very personal gift.
For young women who are at the prime of life, give the tweed jacket
a new twist; wear it over a flirty gorgeous mix – printed mini skirt
teamed with double layer pullover and cardigan. Put on a large
detachable fur cowl neck to make your jacket look as if it comes
with fur. Add a tonal shoulder bag such as this cute black and gray
taupe satchel. To keep things surprising, opt for Mary-Jane pumps,
it´s both stylish and comfortable.
For women who have done it all, echo your confidence in this
feminine yet professional look. Pair a silk and lace top with a sleek
black pencil skirt and pull together with a tweed jacket. The peek of
lace and silk under a tailored, very polished look showcases the girly
side of you. Finish with a pair of killer black platform pumps that
everyone is gushing about.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 27
Day 25: Crazy and Bright Pattern Mix
If you love expressing yourself in bright colors and striking fabulous
patterns, then you must love Anna Sui and Kate Spade. These
designers are masters of crazy color combinations and they ace the
pattern clash trend.
Though the shades may vary, vibrant yellow is always a hit color for
spring and summer. Add a dose of bright yellow print to an all-
yellow solid mix.
Team a green tee with a floral print skirt which has green, blue and
other bright colors in it. Play up the look with colored accessories in
hues that are taken from the print. Don´t match your accessories.
Try mixing polka dots with other prints or mixing lace with sweet
pink pieces.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 28
Day 26: Cutout Trend
Missing fabric in a cloth is one of the season´s hottest trends!
Cutouts have been eminent not only on the runways but even at the
red carpet parties. But if you´re one who prides of your polished
elegant style, you probably give this trend a second thought because
the cut away details of most pieces are rather too revealing if not
trashy.
Look for pieces with subtle cutouts, they´re usually cute while still
wholesome. Pick a vibrant long sleeve dress with vertical cut aways
in back, an evening frock with cute cutout feature in the bodice, a
sports luxe midi dress with cutout on the belt area, or a sequined
turtle neck top with shoulder cutouts to team with leather skinnies
and black ankle boots. You´ll ace the trend without compromising
modesty.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 29
Day 27: High Waist Flare Jeans
Luxurious Happy Casual
Victoria
Secret
Modern Vintage Glamorous
Incredibly flattering and gorgeous are high-waist flares because they
give the illusion of more length. They look their best with high heels
(a must for petite) or bold flats (for tall girls). Nothing in between, no
kitten heels. This fashion-forward alternative is often worn belted for
waist emphasis. They need to fit right with no gap in the waist,
crotch or butt area.
A pair of colored high-waist flare jeans, especially if dark red, is very
elegant. It requires only little and fewer colors to create a luxe look.
Because of the snag nature of high-waist flare, choose a crop
printed blouse to go with the jeans for a fresh casual combo.
Black high-waist flare jeans worn with a classic white button-down
shirt create a vintage inspired statement. Show your modern side by
adding trendy accessories. If you want to go Hollywood glam, pick a
tailored, patterned jean to partner with stunning separates and
striking accessories.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 30
Day 28: Lightweight Shirts & Print Skirts
White button-down shirts partnered with khaki, navy or black
pencil skirts are overdone! Throw in some fun, match a comfy-to-
the-skin lightweight shirt, long or short-sleeved, or even sleeveless,
with a pass-port worthy printed skirt – from tropical to animal – for
some heat refined silhouettes. Polish your tanned bare legs with
sexy pumps or sandals and carry a cute clutch a`la Kate Middleton.
A tonal floral peplum skirt partnered with an embellished woven
shirt create dimension. An ivory shirt is perfect to highlight or
complement your skin tone.
White lightweight button-down shirt and tropical print pencil skirt
will bring you from business to cocktail parties. Roll up the sleeves
and wear tucked in.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 31
Day 29: Lace and Crochet
Fall 2013
Lace and crochet are classic patterns that are great on girls of any
age. Whether it´s on trimmed denim, sleeve knit top, or dress, these
patterns are a must in everyone´s wardrobe.
Intricate crochet, feminine lace and delicate adornments never fail
to seduce every season. They´re sprinkled on denim or non-textured
pieces in summer or they´re adorned as necklaces on lightweight
tops and airy dresses. Then they´d come back with full force in fall
and winter, all over lace on dresses and jumpsuits that are meant to
be worn with boots.
For sunny days, pair dark blue high waist shorts with cream floral
lace t-shirt and espadrilles, or opt for black contrast crochet
collared top with cap sleeves to wear with boot cut denim jeans and
wedges. For cold days, clash a girly lace dress with a moto leather
jacket or a military jacket complete with black pointed toe ankle
boots.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 32
Day 30: Fashionable Go-to Outfits
Time Saving Stylish Outfit Surefire Combination
Your closet must have a handful of time-saving, fast style outfits for
different occasions. For times when you´re vulnerable or if you´re
dressing up under time pressure, these go-to selections will save
you, never to jeopardize your style.
Disclosure: The ideas of these six looks were lifted from John
Lloyd´s, Before You Put That On: 365 Daily Style Tips for Her, my go-
to inspiration manual. I love the random ideas that John provided
in his book. If you haven´t read it yet, then let this be a sneak peek.
Read the original blog post here.
Timesaving, stylish outfit combination. When the season calls for
spring colors, this outfit will save you time while keeping things
stylish. Choose one standout spring color to style up with a mix of
elegant neutrals.
Go for a bright, spring-color sleeveless sweater (V-neck, turtle, or
mock turtle) for your top, dark knee-length skirt, dark sexy knee
boots, opaque tights that match your skirt and boots, a bright,
spring-color handbag, and a classic-fitted denim jacket.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 33
Surefire combination for winter. Towards the end of winter, the
clock seems to jump ten minutes ahead every time. Now is the time
to get to wear your last winter look before you ditch those heavy
wears. If you can´t seem to create a final, original outfit, opt for this
trusted combination. Remember, you can create your own version of
this with whatever you already have in your closet, not necessarily
in exact colors.
Mix a winter turtleneck with winter white trousers, flat loafers or
moccasins in a bold color, chunky leather belt with bold buckle,
sporty tote bag, and a quilted three-quarter-length jacket, collar up.
Basic Black and White Fast Fashion for May
“Going black and white can almost erase the dateline from your
appearance, especially since it looks great in just about any season,
can be sported in any fabric combination, and is appropriate for day
or night.” Here are three suggested ways to go colorless.” ~ John
Lloyd
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 34
Basic black and white. Channel your inner Angelina Jolie;
incorporate some basic solid black and white and other neutrals in
your wardrobe. Try these three combinations:
Look 1: white dress pants + black velvet blazer + black camisole + and black
sling-backs
Look 2: black turtleneck + white trench coat + white A-line skirt + and black
knee boots
Look3: black jeans + white safari jacket + black shell and flats + white clutch
bag
Black and Navy Sweet Retro
Black and navy. A surefire, safe outfit can also speak of European
flair and a fashion runway sensibility. While teaming black with
navy seems too dark, the trick in rocking these intentionally coupled
darks is wearing a balance amount of each. Chic women in Paris
and Italy knew for long how modern and sophisticated is the result
of this pairing if done right.
creativefashionglee.com 30 Looks 35
Look 1: black silk blouse + pleated knee-length skirt + navy hose and shoes
Look 2: Black pantsuit + navy scarf tie blouse + thin strappy heels in black or
navy
Look 3: Black trench coat + navy sweater + navy cropped pants/tights + black
knee boots
Sweet Retro. Retro glamor has vehemently conquered this year´s
trends, from swimsuit to dresses and skirts. But whether many girls
are rocking retro or not, you can always make a take on this classic
style any time you feel like putting on a fresh color combination and
a great new look.
Try chocolate-brown and classic pink for a look that speaks sweet
and retro glamorous, it was very popular in the late 1960s and early
1970s. This ensemble has timeless appeal, like a scoop of
Neopolitan ice cream, “with its rich stripe of chocolate, strawberry,
and vanilla flavors”.
Look 1: solid brown skirt + solid pink v-neck sweater + crisp white button-down
shirt
Look 2: pink tank or shell + brown/cream pinstriped pantsuit + pink high heel
sandals
Look 3: brown sheath dress + pink and brown patterned neck scarf + pink
mules
***
“You just have to decide what you feel most confident in, because
confidence is what makes people sexy. You have to be you but don’t get
stuck.” ~ Jennifer Lopez
"The media plays such a big role in how women measure themselves
against other women, so I can be in a position where I can say beauty
comes from within, we're not all perfect, and the covers of magazines are
of course retouched. We do not look like that." ~ Kate Winslet
