Meal 1: (Between 6:00AM-8:00AM) 16-32oz of Water
Meal 2: (Between 8:00AM-10:00AM) 32 oz. Juice
Meal 3: (Between 12:00PM-2:00PM) Choose Smoothie or Soup, or 1-3 different types of in season fresh fruit in unlimited quantities.

Meal 5: (Between 5:00PM-8:00PM) Choose Entrée or Salad.
Snacks: Fruit is always acceptable in unlimited quantities in between meals.
