Notes on the CordA. A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be

provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

B. Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.

C. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used : 1. The marked electrical rating of the cord or extension cord should be at

least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. 2. If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a

grounding-type3-wire cord. 3. The longer cord should be arranged so that it does not drape over the

countertop or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.

Notes on the Plug

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

Electric Power

If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may not operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other appliances.

Before Using This Appliance For The First Time 1. Clean the appliance according to the instructions in the CLEAN UP section of this manual.2. Always place the appliance on a flat, clean and non-slippery surface before operating it.3. When using your appliance for the first time there may be a slight odor.

This is normal and is no cause for concern. 4. Always make sure the temperature control knob is at the lowest setting before plugging or unplugging

the unit.

Getting To Know Your Triple Buffet Server Product may vary slightly from illustration.

Using the triple buffet server1. Plug the unit in an electrical power outlet. The indicator light will turn on.2. Place the preheated food in each of the three trays.3. Adjust the temperature knob to the desired warmth for your food. The temperature settings range

from low to high. Please note, the buffet server will only warm your food for serving.4. If food is kept in the server for an extended period it may dry out and/or change flavor.5. Unplug the unit from the power source when not in use.6. Do not leave food in the trays when it is not in use. When you have finished using the unit,

remove all food and liquids for subsequent use.7. Allow the unit to cool down before removing parts for cleaning.

Using the warming tray 1. Remove the frame and the three trays. Then wipe the surface of the thermal plate and dry

it thoroughly.2. Plug the unit to an electrical power outlet. The indicator light goes on.3. Select the desired temperature (Low to High). Make sure to use heat safe containers

and/or serving dishes. Never place food directly on the warming tray. NOTE: Do not place the lids directly on the hot surface of the warming tray.

Creative Uses For The Triple Buffet Server

Dessert BarThe Buffet Server is an excellent way to serve desserts. To use as an “Ice Cream Bar”, place hot fudge, caramel and strawberry toppings, etc. in separate dishes on the warming tray or in the three serving trays provided to keep warm.

PartiesThe Buffet Server is ideal for serving party favorites such as: refried beans, rice, tortillas, beef, pork and chicken, noodles, egg rolls, potatoes and more!

Clean Up• Allow sufficient time for the Buffet Server and Warming Tray to cool. • Wipe the warming tray base with a damp and/or soapy cloth . • While the trays and the lids are dishwasher safe, the warming tray is not.

Do not immerse the warming tray in water, in a sink full of water or a dishwasher as it will damage the unit.

MaintenanceDo not use the unit if it appears damaged in any way. Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself.NOTE: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard.NOTE: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.


Limited TWO-YEAR WarrantySENSIO Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its sole discretion, SENSIO Inc. will either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.

The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty validation. Retail stores selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.

EXCLUSIONS: The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than qualified SENSIO Inc. personnel. Also, the warranty does not cover Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.

SENSIO Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specific legal rights which may vary by state, province and/or jurisdiction.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE: You must contact Customer Service at our toll-free number: 1-866-832-4843. A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the phone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem, you will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to SENSIO Inc. Attach a tag to the product that includes: your name, address, daytime contact telephone number, case number, and description of the problem. Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.’s address. SENSIO Inc. shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in transit to SENSIO Inc.’s Customer Service Center.

tierra, si el aparato contara con el conductor de puesta a tierra. 3. El cordón y la extensión se deben colocar de modo que no cuelguen de

una superficie plana o una mesa para evitar que estén al alcance de los niños o que representen un obstáculo para ellos.

Notas sobre el enchufe

Este electrodoméstico cuenta con un enchufe polarizado (una pata es más ancha que la otra). Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, este enchufe encaja de una sola manera en un tomacorriente polarizado. Si el enchufe no encaja bien en el tomacorriente, delo vuelta. Si aun así no encaja, comuníquese con un electricista calificado. No realice ningún tipo de modificación al enchufe.

Alimentación eléctrica

Uso de la bufetera triple1. Enchufe la unidad en un tomacorriente. La luz indicadora se encenderá.2. Coloque los alimentos precalentados en cada una de las tres bandejas.3. Regule la perilla de temperatura de acuerdo a la temperatura que desee que tengan sus alimentos.

Los ajustes de temperatura van de baja a alta. Recuerde que la bufetera solo calienta los alimentos para servirlos.

4. Si se dejan en las bandejas por períodos prolongados, los alimentos se pueden secar o cambiar el sabor.

5. Desenchufe la unidad de la fuente de energía cuando no la esté usando.6. No deje alimentos en las bandejas cuando no las esté usando. Cuando haya terminado de usar

la unidad, retire todos los alimentos y líquidos para su uso posterior.7. Deje enfriar la unidad totalmente antes de retirar las piezas para limpiarlas.

Uso de la bandeja térmica1. Retire el bastidor y las tres bandejas. Luego limpie la superficie de la placa térmica y séquela

completamente.2. Enchufe la unidad en un tomacorriente. La luz indicadora se encenderá.3. Seleccione la temperatura deseada (Baja a Alta). Asegúrese de utilizar recipientes o fuentes

resistentes al calor. Nunca coloque alimentos directamente sobre la bandeja térmica.NOTA: no coloque las tapas directamente sobre la superficie caliente de la bandeja térmica.

Usos creativos de la bufetera tripleLa bufetera es una excelente manera de servir postres. Para usar como “Barra de helados”, coloque coberturas calientes de ganache, caramelo y fresas, entre otros, en platos separados sobre la bandeja térmica o en las tres bandejas para servir provistas para que se mantengan calientes.

FiestasLa bufetera es ideal para servir los platos favoritos de las fiestas, tales como: frijoles refritos, arroz, tortillas, carne de res, cerdo y pollo, fideos, rollitos primavera, papas ¡y más!

Limpieza• Deje enfriar la bufetera y la bandeja térmica durante el tiempo necesario.• Limpie la base de la bandeja térmica con un paño húmedo o con jabón.• Si bien las bandejas y las tapas se pueden lavar en lavavajillas, la bandeja térmica no.

No sumerja la bandeja térmica en agua, en un lavabo lleno de agua ni en un lavavajillas, ya que se dañaría la unidad.

MantenimientoNo utilice la unidad si le parece observar algún tipo de daño.
