RIvET: Individual Evaluation Report

§ In scope?: comments only if ‘no’§ Enter comments for each of the specific

subcriteria of criterion 1, 2 and 3;§ Comments must be clear, precise and

factual & score need to reflect comment;§ Ethics issues: only tick if ‘yes’

§ In order to finalise your evaluation you will have to declare that you have no conflict of interest for this proposal.

§ Not able to change the scores or comments after (4). In case of mistake and need for further changes: contact Application Support or Call coordinator to unlock the document.

Consensus information: the name of the rapporteur, panel, as well as the proposal acronym and date of creation.

You can create your Consensus Report using a blank form or by including the merged individual assessments.
