Workshop Agenda1. Summary of November 2018 Network Planning Session2. Draft Levenshulme #Beelines Map 3. Quick Wins - Our Active Neighbourhood (Interventions)4. Ideas Forum 5. Next Steps - How Can You Help?
November Network Planning - Outcomes● We explained options for bids - Corridors/Centres/Active Neighbourhoods● We proposed and agreed a big vision ● We agreed focus would be creating a bid for an Active Neighbourhood ● We identified some challenges with key streets and roads on map● We mapped severance and barriers/current crossings and places for
new/improved crossings
Levenshulme #Beelines - Ideas ForumNo one knows our community journeys like we do. We have identified our filtered neighbourhood area from initial community consultation.
This is an opportunity to open the floor to ideas for Our Active Neighbourhood. We now need to look at:
● Existing services we want to connect to i.e: Parks/Schools/ Health Centres/Community
Hubs/Public Transport ● ‘Quick Win’ interventions to make our neighbourhood more liveable and accessible for active
travel.
How?
