Try this technique whenever you have a persistent annoying thought or pattern of thoughts that you know is not good for you; it literally turns the page in your mind. Works like a charm every time! HOW TO 1. Come into your favorite seated position, with your spine straight. If you are in a chair, bring both feet flat on the floor. 2. Make your right hand into a fist. 3. Point your index finger straight up, and press it on your nose to close your right nostril (fig. A). 4. Chant Ong (O-ng) while the mouth remains naturally open. This will naturally vibrate your nose and palate. 5. Continue for up to 90 seconds. HOW TO (PART B) 5. Switch sides (fig. B), using your left hand and repeat the above. TO END 6. Inhale and hold your breath while squeezing and tightening every muscle of your body. 7. Exhale, relax, and enjoy the effects.
