Workshop Overview:
This workshop will give the par�cipants an understanding of how twin-screw extrusion technology can be used to transform various ingredients into value added food products. The workshop will cover Hands-on training on our Brabender TwinLab F-20/40 twin-screw extruder (made - Brabender GmbH & Co. KG, Germany). The topics will include techniques of Food extrusion and hand-on training/ demonstra�on on various food applica�ons like cold (pasta), hot (ready to eat snacks) and high moisture (TVP) extrusion process or protein texturiza�on and process parameters that influence the product quality characteris�cs. The exclusive workshop is designed for the par�cipants to provide Hands-on experience on extruder and the ability to apply in various food applica�ons.
