  • COURSE DESCRIPTION This is a one day live course where expert faculty will review and demonstrate basic and advanced gastrointestinal endoscopic techniques through the use of didactic lectures, video case presentations, and live endoscopic procedures. This course will provide learners with an update on new developments in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy in the management of a variety of gastrointestinal diseases. Attendees will learn about new and innovative techniques that they can incorporate into their clinical practice in order to optimize patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

    EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVESAt the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

    • Discuss the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of rectal polyps and adenomas

    • Determine the best option for treating dysphagia and heartburn when balloon dilation and PPIs do not work

    • Examine current and emerging endoscopic techniques to diagnose and treat pancreatic disorders

    • Review updates and indications in fecal microbiota transplantation

    TARGET AUDIENCEGastroenterologists, gastrointestinal endoscopists and surgeons, GI fellows, and GI nurses and associates.
